REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF DG SETS, CONTROL PANELS ALONGWITH CONNECTED ITEMS AND CLEANING AND MAINT OF SWIMMING POOL UNDER GE NAGROTA

SCHEDULE-A PART-I (DG SET) Dismantaling /Opening of upper portion of Diesel Engine 320 KVA to 125 KVA, air cooled,turbo charged ,Vertical type for top over hauling, repair/ servicing of engine including taking out rediator /fuel pump,water Pump,Turbo charger etc complete all as specified and directed. (Engine oil and coolent required for this job is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (a) Dismantaling/Opening of complete cyllinder head assebly rockers arms assembly piston head assembly, sleeves byremoving nuts & bolts for repair complete. (b) Servicing & washing of complete engine parts with kerosine oil. (c) Re- assembling of engine after replacementof UNSV/defective parts with new parts as listed in given below per Job shall be deemed to be included in this rates and testing of engine as per company recommendation after reassembling all parts as directed to the satifaction of the Engr-in -Charge. Note : (i) Repair and Transportation (BY JCB / HYDRA OR ANY OTHER MEANS) and Crane charge for carrying out repair & reinstall on same installation back shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) Any DG set to be handed over to contractor for repair shall be handed and taken over through a proper issue and receipt voucher. (iii) Joint inspection of DG sets to be repair under this work shall be made by a team comprising of Engr-in-charge, JE (E/M) and rep of Accepting Officer to detailed separately to finalise the scope of repair. (iv) Repairs to DG sets shall be carried out through authorised technicians of any OEM of DG set approved in MES.
