SITC of crash rated electro hydraulic bollard system comprising of 4 (four) Number of bollard suitable to work on Three/Single phase 415/230 volt, 50 Hz AC supply consisting of inbuilt hydraulic power unit, PLC based, logic circuit, control panel, including switching operatio in local and remote location (within 30 mtr) complete etc as required including all major/minor civil works (excavation of PQC/bitumin road of required depth as per site conditions) and making good after installation, and supplying and laying of GI pipes and control cables (upto 30 meter) comprising of following items and features, all accordance to drawings and manufacturer recommendation as directed by E-I-C. a) Height - 725 mm (minimum). b) Bollard dia - 205 mm (minimum). c) Impact load -110 KN (minimum). d) Operation time - 3 to 8 sec. max. e) Frequency of operation - 200 full cycles/hr (minimum). f) Power of operations - three full cycle operation (minimum). g) Manual operations - Integerated hand pump. h) Safety interlock detector. i) Sump drain pump - self priming pump. j) Illuminating (LED) unit on top of bollard. k) Control Panel - Up/Down/Stop/Middle stop for each position operation & maintenance switch. l) OPerating temp. range - 0 to +60 deg. C and capable of meeting the rain fall requirement at Imphal Airport. Note:- The crash rating of the bollard shall be in conformity to K-4 or PAS 68 or ASTM F2656-15 and should be performed on individual bollard. Physical Crash Test Certificate to be provided.

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commssioning of MS automatic sliding gate with minimum 75x75x3 mm square MS pipe section & minimum 5mm thick MS sheet (900 kg - 1000 kg) of length 7 meter & overall minimum height 2. mtr including wheels equipped with remote (as per drawing) and manual operation facility. The MS gate shall be epoxy coated and shall be provided with sliding gate drive unit, MS post for holding top edge, necessary bottom and Top Steel Rollers, side Nylon Rollers with Double Ball Bearing . The system shall also included Emergency release, Conrtol Box, Electronic Breaking including Suitable rating Sliding Motor with gear box assembly having manual release with necessary control connections, earthing including supplying and laying of GI pipes for power and control cable as required, power and control cables i/c end terminations (each upto 30 Mtr) etc. complete as required.

SITC of modular type 415 V, AC, 50 Hz outdoor distribution feeder pillar of suitable size on cement concrete foundations of suitable MS angle base frame i/c grouting the stand with concrete mortar (as per standard or directed by E-I-C) nut bolts etc as required, and made out of thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosure with IP-65 and IK-08 protection, weather proof, dust & vermin proof, environment friendly, UV resistant etc. conforming to IEC 61439-1, IEC 61439-2, fire proof confirming to IEC 60695. Supply of 4 core x 25 Sqmm. XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV Grade confirming to IS:7098 (Part 1) with upto date amendment etc. complete as required.

Supply of 3.5 core x 70 Sqmm. XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV Grade confirming to IS:7098 (Part 1) with upto date amendment etc. complete as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle).

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm(clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Providing and Fixing of 100 mm dia (medium class) G. I. pipes i/c digging work of 0.6 meter depth & 0.3 meter width for the road crossing & filling the surface with 1:3:6 PCC of 1 feet width and 4 inches deep complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 X 25 sq. mm (32mm).

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5 X 70 sq. mm (38mm)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract after completion of Two years Defect Liability Period for the set of 4 Nos. of Bollards including periodical, preventive, break down maintenance as per the OEM recommendations &AAI requirements and attending emergency breakdowns as and when required on 24 hrs basis (on all days including holidays) and including all necessary spares and consumables to keep the whole bollard system in perfect working condition etc. complete as required. (for 2 Sets) i) One Set of Bollard at VIP Gate. ii) One Set of Bollard at Airport Entry Gate.

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract after completion of Two years Defect Liability Period for the above Automatic Sliding Gate i/c periodical, preventive, breakdown maintenance as per the OEM recommendations & AAI requirements and attending emergency breakdowns as and when required on 24 hrs basis (on all days including holidays) and including all necessary spares and consumables to keep the whole Sliding Gate system in perfect working condition etc. complete as required .
