Supply, laying and testing cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, PVC sheathed cables for working voltages 6.35 kV/ 11 kV, three phase, earthed system, 3 core, screened, armoured power cable, 95 sqmm of nominal area of conductor, aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098 (Part-II): 2011 laid in trenches or under floors making all connections with necessary glands lugs bushing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for prestressed concrete pole, 11.0 metres long, 152 mm X 152 mm at top and 152 mm X 260 mm at bottom designed for wind load at the site including preparing and painting on prestressed concrete pole with two coats of cement base paint on exposed portion and including making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and white shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plates and stay clamp fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 2, flat shape, dimension 450 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm as per IS 5820: 1970 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & spreading in trenches dry river sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

Supplying & laying in trenches, in road cutting and along pole 80 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use or removing to store or for schedule of credit

Dismantling stay assembly complete (Note: Demolition of concrete, etc. and excavation measured shall be measured and paid separately separately.)

Dismantling ACSR or AAC conductors removing to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling earth wire or copper conductor, service feeder or distributor span removing to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling concrete poles/ struts, any size, transporting to store and stacking or for schedule of credit

Supply and fix in repairs HT cable route indicator made of RCC M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate of size 200 mm (Length) X 200 mm (Width) X 1200 mm (Height) duly painted with cement base paint and written in white colour with lettering "MES HT Cable/ HT Straight Joint" using two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black colour & including necessary earthwork and excavation, embedded in PCC M15(Nominal Mix) using 20 nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate of size 400 mm X 400 mm X 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erection of three piece metal oxide lightning arrestor suitable for 11 kV continuous operating voltage (3 phase) with rated voltage 12 kV (rms) with nominal discharge current rating of 2.5 kA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangements, GI bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete as specified and as directed.

S & F gang operated air break switch, three poles, outdoor type, nominal system voltage 11 kV, rated voltage 12 kV, rated normal current 200 Amps, rated frequency 50 Hz, rated one minute power frequency withstand voltage between (i) earth & poles 28 kV (rms) (ii) across the isolating distance 32 kV (rms), rated lightning impulse withstand voltage (i) to earth and between poles 75 kV (Peak) (ii) across the isolating distance 85 kV (Peak), Rated short-time withstand current 25 kA for 3 seconds, rated peak withstand current 63 kA for climatic conditions at the site, mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for stay assembly of stay rod of diameter 16 mm complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 complete all as specified and as directed .(Note: Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately.)

M & L for hot dip galvanized stay strands of grade I, 7 Nos wires construction, wire diameter 4 mm, nominal strand diameter 12 mm, heavy zinc coating complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and stringing ACSR (aluminium conductor galvanized steel-reinforced) of any size and type in accordance with site requirement and binding on insulator by means of 22 gauge aluminium binding wire to permissible sag complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 250 mm X 200 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of mild steel bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and as directed.
