(Note- EMD Should be in favour of Executive Engineer(E), PWED-2, CPWD, NEW DELHI) Note 2- EMD shall be made / issued only from the account of the bidder / tenderer.

RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (The EMD document shall be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated).

RequiredCopy of GST Registration Certificate of the state in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder.

RequiredCopy of enlistment order of CPWD contractor in appropriate class (Building and Road).
