Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m As Per Specification No.301(3.60)

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. As Per Specification No. 305(3.16)

Compaction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting (Trench Cutting) and excavation from drain and foundation of other structure graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2. As per MORTH No.-305.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transpoting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 (Lead 4 Km.)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close Graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 .

Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixe material by tipper to site, laying 1% OPC cement and 3.5% Emlusion in uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to acheive the desire density.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with V.G. 10 grade bitumen using emlusion pressure dristributor @ 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with machenical broom. As per MORT&H on wmm steblization as perClause 503

Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 Km from the site of work & including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I.No. 255)

Cement concrete with 4cm (1/2'') gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 1:4:8 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Random course Rubble massonary in 1:4 cement and fine sand mortar in foundation and plinth, including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 1:2:4 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. (3/4'') gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I wire.and including necessary cantering and suttering etc and also including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost. As in Item (283)

Mild steel of iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete/ brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, its wastage and hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured.

CONSTRUCTION OF CULVERT. Excavation in foundation in B.C soil including lift up to 15 meter and lead upto 30 m (100 ft) and including filling, watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches.(S.I.No. 251)
