Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of an industrial-grade multimedia LED display controller capable of operating in both synchronous and asynchronous modes, 1) Controller shall support both synchronous and asynchronous modes. 2) Minimum loading capacity: 2.3 million pixels. 3)Supports screen resolutions up to 4096 × 4096 pixels or higher. 4)Supports 4K video decoding, multi-format media playback and seamless switching between real-time data, images and videos through programmable scheduling. 5)Controller shall be equipped with minimum 4 × Gigabit Ethernet output ports. 6)Connectivity shall include HDMI input/output, USB port for media playback and storage expansion, and audio output. 7)Shall provide Gigabit LAN connectivity for remote content publishing, monitoring and control via computer or mobile devices over the Internet. 8)Shall support Wi-Fi connectivity with optional 4G capability and automatic network priority for reliable communication. 9)Shall have quad-core processor or better, minimum 1 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. 10)Shall run on a stable embedded operating system suitable for continuous operation. 11)Shall support multiple image/video formats including high-efficiency codecs and provide multi-window / split-screen display. 12)Shall operate on 100–240V AC, 50/60 Hz power supply with low power consumption (≤25W recommended). 13)Shall be suitable for operating temperature –20°C to +60°C with non-condensing humidity conditions. Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of pole of 30 ft height with stucture for mounting of LED Video Wall, made from heavy duty M.S. pipe of 12" diameter with 10 mm thick base plate, including cutting, welding, grinding, hoisting and erection at site. The structure shall be suitable to withstand applicable wind load and site conditions, and shall be finished with one coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing RCC foundation for fixing and anchoring of 30 ft height LED Video Wall pole structure, of size 1200 mm × 1200 mm × 1500 mm depth (minimum) or as per approved structural design, complete in all respects. The foundation shall be designed considering site soil conditions, safe bearing capacity (SBC), pole load, LED display load and wind load, and shall be capable of resisting overturning moments and lateral forces. RCC work shall be executed using M25 grade concrete with proper vibration, curing and finishing, and reinforcement steel shall be TMT Fe500/Fe500D comprising bottom reinforcement 12 mm dia bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways, top reinforcement 12 mm dia bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways, and vertical/starter bars 12 mm dia as required for tying the reinforcement mats, with minimum 50 mm clear cover. The work shall also include providing 100 mm thick PCC levelling course (1:4:8) below the RCC foundation, along with excavation, PCC, RCC, shuttering (if required), concreting, curing, backfilling and finishing, complete as per relevant Indian Standards (IS) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Part B: Comprehensive maintenance of LED Wall Comprehensive maintenance including all parts but excluding damages due to misuse, vandalism, theft, fire, natural calamities, or external causes 2nd year (7 % of total cost of item 1 and item 2 i.e Rs. 96,09,330/- only)
