Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from surfaces of walls/soffits of roof projections & chajjas /ceilings etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on external surfaces complete all as spd and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on ceiling surfaces of concrete in cement plaster 1:3 on concrete surfaces,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying 1.5mm thick cement wall care putty on wall/ceiling/RCC new or old surfaces of any description includding sanding and rubbing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper (light shade) @ 8.35 sq.m/litre/2 coats to already wall putty prepared surfaces & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre as recommended for under coat by manufacturer by using following brands and primer complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplaster surfaces of any description of walls/facia/chajja/ incl removing unnecessary nails incl washing, rubbing, stopping, brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soots, moulds efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper (light shade) @ 24.00 sq.m/litre/1 coat to interior wall surfaces by manufacturer by using following brands including filling of cracks/holes by crack filler or putty, removing unnecessary nails complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint @ 4.65 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 8.35 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (APEX SUPREMA) / Berger (WEATHER COAT ANTI DUST) / Nerolac (EXCEL TOTAL)
