Dismantling of Fencing posts or struts (wood, steel RCC) any section, posts embeded in natural ground etc, including taking out embeded portion and making good distrubed ground complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description hacking for key or raking out joint on old brick work/stone/concrete surface etc complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in post holes(or similar holes) each n exc .5 cum getting out in Hard / Dense soil soil,returning, filling in and ramming earth in layers n exc 25 cm etc complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc for for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, piers holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil etc complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling stone masonry built in CM etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, with using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Form work to sides of concrete foundations (Flat), footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and base) etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F MS posts and struts as in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only galvanised chain link fencing of mesh size (100mm x 100mm x 4.00mm / 75mm x 75mm x 3.15mm) etc complete all as specified and as dicected

S&F for exterior grade, coloured glossy finish rubber pressed, cement concrete designer chequered tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour / matrix of tiles over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 incl demolition of stone slab (Laid bedded and pointed in any mortar) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc) and similar work including necessary form work and set in CM 1:6 incl dismantling of existing RCC of any description etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete.

S&F MS framed work such as grills, gratings, guard bars etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railing; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 incl dismantling of existing Mild steel work work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A etc incl dismantling of existing Mild steel work work etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 0.50 mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc Coating GI based plain perforated sheet, pattern, shape, colour, size of holes in sheet, pitches as directed by GE, fixed in vertical surface as in view cutter / wall cladding over compound wall with self tapping screw etc including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Work required to be carried out at height upto 3 mtrs. Contractor has to quote the rate accordingly. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection etc, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified including joints filling with sealing compound Grade "A" complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber Moulded Pre-cast Kerb stones of cement concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (with using 20mm graded stone aggregates) factory made, size, shape, pattern and finished as approved, including rounding, chamfered or half round and bedded of perfectly leveled surface pointed and jointed in CM 1:4 including fixing etc complete all as specified and a as directed

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed
