Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Item Rate quoted shall include the Royalty Charges on construction materials and other taxes as per prevailing Government Orders

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

The Tenderer shall obtain the workdone certificate in the prescribed format from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (District Level Officer) and scan the Original Certificate and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Certificate/Certificates shall be produced at the time of opening of technical Bids for physical verification

Financial Year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and Thirty first day of March of succeeding year(both days inclusive).

The Tenderer shall scan the Original Ownership Documents/ Lease/ Hire commitment Agreement for the Machinery and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced at the time of opening of technical Bids for physical verification

The tenderer shall note that the scanned Documents can also be uploaded in the tasks created under Document/Evidence Required from the Bidder

The Employer reserves the right to Reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason

The defect liability period for this work is 365 Days

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing kppp portal

The rates of all the items appeared in Bill of Quantities are inclusive of all leads and lifts

The contractor shall bound to comply the prevailing rules and regulations with regard to the EPF rules and any modifications before and after execution of agreement

After the award of the contract, the contractor has to furnish the details in respect of labour employed and the EPF details for this work in every RA bill.

Bidders are advised to note that , 18% GST will be added to the contract amount

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27 in the Technical Qualification Criteria mentioned in the next section.

The bidder should mention the UDIN No on the turnover certificate, failing which bid is rejected

If the bidder uploaded the false document while participating in the tender, the bidder will be responsible and action will be initiated as per the tender clause

The work should be completed in 06 ( Six ) Months ( including monsoon)

RS. 1,70,000/- Through e-payment

Estimate rates are excluding GST and the prevailing GST 18% of APT is added in the form of lump sum in sanctioned estimate as per the guidelines in common SR 2021-22 GO PWD 51 RDF 2019 Bengaluru, Dated 18.03.2022. Therefore APT OR ECV is excluding GST. In KPPP portal there is no option to add GST separately over and above APT during DTS process. Hence even though the tenderer has been invited by opting for the inclusive option, the item wise rates do not include GST. Hence GST will be paid separately for the quoted amount as per the Govt. Circular No.FD/447/Expenditure/12/2022 dated 30.07.2022. Therefore GST declaration certificate must be uploaded mandatory by the prospective bidders

All Items completed as per specifications and direction of engineer-in-charge of work.

The verification of all past experiences (Turn-Over, Workdone and LOC) are excluding GST.

In respect of work costing more than Rs.1.00 Cr. The Contractor shall establish field laboratory at his cost with requisite equipment OR as stipulated in the agreement. As per approved QAP from quality assurance department

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-)soon after contract has been issued to bidder

Past Experience

Maximum of Civil Engineering works executed in any Two year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. (Financial turn over of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 b) Satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Bridge Work of value not less than Rs.42.37 Lakhs

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 c) Executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work: 1) Earth wrok 1766.00 Cum 2) PCC/RCC 426.41 3) TMT Steel 23.73 Tonne
