Supply, Installation , Testing and commissioning of Internally illuminated LED type weather proof water tight Aircraft stand identification and bay coordinate signage of approved design with front openable sliding/shutter with facia of 1000mm(H) X 1000mm (L) (with frame) made out of UV resistant poly carbonate sheet of 4mm thick pasted with transculent yellow sheet signage shall have letters and symbols made by computerised cutting of vinyl and pasting on the ploycarbonate sheet from inside/outside of the sign face of Black colour. Frame shall be made out of 75 x37 mm rectangular aluminimum pipe ,Four sides and backside covered with 3mm thick aluminimum sheet ,uniformly illuminated with LED strip along with weather proof and water tight power converter operating on 230V, 50Hz supply complying to ICAO requirement & mounting the signage at a height of 6mtr onthe existing 150mm dia pole etc complte as required.

Providing and fixing of 4mm thick UV resistant poly carbonate sheet pasted with transculant yellow sheet with Black message containing details of required Bay Number & WGS 84 coordinates suitable for replacing the signage sheets in existing 0.8m (H) x 1M(L) illuuminated Bay Identification signage Borads

Supply & Erection of 150mm dia 'B' class 6 Meter GI pole welded with GI base plate of size 400 mm X 400mm X 20mm thick having provision for bottom cable entry with suitable bracket for mounting the signboards, providing the required holes for cable termination and mounting the pole on existing apron pavement by making required nos of holes for grouting 8 nos of M25 X 300 mm foundation bolts with chemical adhesive, triple nuts, washers etc., including painting of 2 coats of epoxy primer and 2 coats of epoxy paint with approved shade etc., as required.

Demolishing the existing concrete surface with kerf cutting machine making opening of size 60mm X 100 mm ( Width x depth), Laying and fixing of departmently supplied 32mm dia GI pipe and restoring the surface to the original finish after laying the GI pipe by providing 1:2:4 cement concrete etc. complete as required. However, suppling of accessories like GI bends and GI couplers & threading are included in the scope of work.

Supply & laying of 3C X 6 sqmm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098 Part-I with up to date ammendments etc. in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/GI/HDPE/DWC pipe etc. complete as required.

Supplying and Drawing of 3C X 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor cable in the existing 6 Meter pole.

Providing fencing for signboard pole with size 1.5 M (length) X 0.5M (Height) around four sides with MS C channel of size 100mm X 50mm X 5mm ( thickness) including providing necessary supports, all along the length of fencing painting of two coat epoxy primer and two coat epoxy paint with Red & White shade. etc complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and Aluminium lugs for 3C X 6 Sq.mm of PVC insulated and PVC sheated / XLPE Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1kv grade as required.

SITC of rectangle type (200mm X 250mm X 100mm) totally enclosed dust free, damp & vermin proof junction box with locking arrangement, fabricated with 14SWG CRCA sheet, duly powder coated including supply & fixing of 6A 'C' series MCB and 32A 4way connector on din bar, 3mm thick hyloan sheet, providing necessary wiring, fixing the junction box an the existing pole using suitable size MS clamp having size 25mm X 5mm etc. as completed as required.
