Taking down existing aluminium door shutters area n exc 1.5 sqm each and carrying out necessary servicing incl greasing/oiling etc, for smooth functioning and taking down unserviceable hardwares and replacing with new hardwares and re-fixing the door shutters in position all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (a) Hardwares wherever required to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately at supply only rates under respective items of this schedule.

M&L for Cementous Grouting where heavy leakage (5 Nozzles per SQ.MTS) Thoroughly clean the surface of slab with wire brush and Fill the slab area to check the water tightness of the RCC slab / sunken slab prior to waterproofing treatment. Mark the leaking points and treat them to make the leaking spots watertight using injection cement grout mixed with MasterFlow 150 or low viscous epoxy grout using Master Inject 1315 by drilling the hole and fixing the nozzles using Master Emaco S 348 or equivalent (BASF/Fosrock/ Sunanda/ kerakoll/ Mapei) complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
