5 KG.CYLINDER-USAR LPG — Justification: This PR is initiated for procurement of 1 Lakh nos of old design 5 Kg FTL cylinders fitted with SC Valve to be supplied to Usar LPG Plant Maharashtra. The estimates rates are Net Delivered Cost excluding GST.PAYMENT TERMS 1. For delivery at site:- Payment will be released within 15 days of receipt of material at site and submission of Bills along with following documents at supply locations , subject to deductions, if any for delayed delivery, etc.:i) Delivery Challan / Lorry Receipt duly acknowledged by our site.ii) Manufacturer's Test Certificates.iii) Third Party Inspection / Clearance Reportiv) Manufacturer / Vendor's Guarantee Certificate, if any.V) CCOE ApprovalPARTIAL PAYMENT: ALLOWED2. PRICE REDUCTION CLAUSE : As per HPCL's GTC (General terms and Conditions)3. DELIVERY PERIOD: Within 1 month from the date of issue of monthly, call up order. Supplier shall be able to supply 130 % of prorated monthly PO qty within 1 month from the date of call up.Contract Validity - 12 months from the date of issue of LOA.4. DELIVERY TERMS : Freight paid/Door delivery at Plant.5. Tender evaluation:Tender evaluation of this tender will be based on state wise lowest landed cost (L1) basis. ESCALATION AND DE-ESCALATION: As approved by LPR approving authority. The Basis for escalation/de-escalation of the cylinder is requested to be changed in line with latest Common Terms and Conditions as below Instead of taking the Zinc and Copper for escalation/de-escalation calculation of the cylinders, it is requested to change to Brass in line with the Common Terms and Conditions approved for all category of LPG Cylinders since we have brass rates being published in Steel Guru. Therefore Zinc and Cu rates can be replaced with BRASS rates suitably to arrive at escalation/de-escalation of rates on account of SC Valve.11. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: As per attachment and Drawing.
