SCHEDULE I - Under this schedule, rates are fixed by IOCL per month for payment of costs towards MIN. WAGES for deploying minimum manpower (total 2 persons - 1 skilled supervisor and 1 unskilled housekeeper) as specified in SCC. Rates of items under this Schedule except specifically stated in SCC, e.g. arrear payment toward revision in minimum wages (FIXED)

Providing 2 (Two) number of manpower (1 skilled supervisor and 1 unskilled housekepeer) for Housekeeping and Caretaking services for IOCL Transit Camp/ guest house and Community Center at SERPL Korba considering Minimum wage as per central government, PF, EDLI, Administrative charges, ESI, Bonus etc.

SCHEDULE II - UNIFORM AND SHOES (FIXED)

Uniform allowance for providing uniform and other items as described in SCC. Rates for this item is fixed by IOCL except as specifically stated in SCC. Uniform Allowance shall cover the Uniform to be provided by the Contractor to their workers which shall include but not limited to - 2 sets of summer uniform, 1 set closed necked coat/ pull over/ jacket for winter and 1 set of shoe, and socks for 2 contract personnel

SCHEDULE IV (SERVICE CHARGE) (to be quoted by bidder)

Service charges to the bidder for providing housekeeping cum caretaking services in transit camp/guest house and community centre at SERPL Korba. The service charges include housekeeping services in the form of cleaning and washing of floors, bathrooms etc., removal and disposal of garbage, cleaning and dusting of furniture etc., providing mosquito repellent, cleaning of electrical fittings/ appliances etc., maintenance of plants, pots, washing and providing clean towels, bed covers, pillow covers etc., dusting and maintenance of curtains in canteen. Details mentioned in the SCC.

Providing 4 (Four) number of manpower (2 skilled (cook), 2 unskilled (helper to cook and pantry boy) for providing CATERING servics at IOCL Transit Camp/ guest house and community Centre at SERPL Korba considering Minimum wage as per central government, PF, EDLI, Administrative charges, ESI, Bonus etc.
