Preventive maintenance & repair of Fire alarm system and fire fighting including control panels for detection system by means of their cleaning, checking of circuits including recalibration and testing including replacement of defective parts to make them serviceable complete all as specified and directed. The Preventive maintenance of following item is also included as mention below:- (a) Fire Pump of Capacity 100HP- 01 No (b) Jockey Pump 12.5 HP -01 No (c) Diesel Engine 85.5 KVA -01 No (d) Terrace Pump of Capcity 7.5 HP - 11 No (e) Zone Panel consisting of Zone card and Power Card-11 No (f) Main control panel of 16 zone with 500 W PA system -01 No Note : (a) Panel shall be checked every month as per direction of Engr-in- Charge. (b) Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relavent item of chedule as supply only.(For Sl Item No 3 to 12). (c) If complaint not rectified with in 24 hrs then penality @ 500/per day will be recovered. (d) Monthly checking of fire fighting system should be done every month.

Preventive maintenance of fire hadder booster pump 7.5 HP by taking down from terrace of each block of building including cleaning, oiling, greasing & changing the defective parts such as fan bearing etc and painting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Bearing of Jockey pump 12.5 HP existing size complete all as specified and directed.. Make: SKF/Tata/NBC

Supply only rubber bush for coupling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Gland bush set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of Mechanical Seal for 100 HP complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kirloskar

Supply only of Mechanical Seal for 7.5 HP complete all as specified and directed. Make:Kirloskar

Supply only Oil filter for Fire DG Set complete all as specified and directed. Make: Mico or equivalent.

Supply only Diesel filter for Fire DG Set complete all as specified and directed. Make: Mico or equivalent.

Supply only Coolant for radiator complete all as specified and directed..

Supply only Engine oil as per OEM recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling and rewinding of motor 7.5 HP capacity with existing copper wire of existing gauge as per motor capacity using new insulation material such as insulating paper, sleeves etc complete with super enameled insulating varninsh including cleaning of stator slots & testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling and rewinding of motor 12 HP capacity with existing copper wire of existing gauge as per motor capacity using new insulation material such as insulating paper, sleeves etc complete with super enameled insulating varninsh including cleaning of stator slots & testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down & overhauling of fire hose reel drums by changing of clip, greasing to swing smoothly and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement fire hose reel drum ISI marked & confirming to relevent IS for 20 mm hose pipe of fire hadder complete all as specified and directed. Make: GTech/Newage/JMC/Omex/Mini Max or equivalent.

M&L for Zubli clip for 20 mm dia hose reel pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fastner /Nut bolt for fixing the hose reel as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making hanging arrangment made out of FI holding clamp as per existing size dully painted for fire extingusher at each floor of building with suitable nut bolt & washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Air release valve for fire hadder near fire pump installed at tarrace of building complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only power control card suitable for main fire control panel installed in main fire control room complete all as specified and directed. Make: NSD/Agni/Ases

Supply only zone card suitable for main zonal fire control panel installed at each block of building complete all as specified and directed. Make: NSD/Agni/Ases

Dismantling and cleaning of smoke cum heat detector from ceiling in every three months and refixing the same and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of low intensity hooter of 10 watt for warning of fire connected with central control panel installed in each zone complete all as specified and directed. Make: Agni/Alarm/NSD

S&F in repair of hose & horn for DCP and CO2 cylinder any size as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm thick glass for hose boxes any size as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of Microprocessor based detection system control panel of 16 zone mounted on wall outside the room made of mild steel sheet confiming to IS 513-1986, minimum 1.6 mm thick . Colour of the panel shall be fire red (shade No 536 of IS 5-1978) including all the wiring , fitting and accessaries for detection system auto and manual mode including battery charger unit with boost & trickle charger, battery box, connections to building automation system and taking down of old panel complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair of MS ERW pipe 80 mm bore including cutting and welding , fittings for fire hydrant complete all as specified and directed. Make: Jindal/Tata

S&F in repair of pressure switch confirming to IS complete all as specified and directed. Make: Agni/Alarm/NSD/Indfos

M&L for painting of steel and iron surfaces such as rising/distribution lines /over head tank lines with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint after preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pressure gauge 4 " dia (0-14 Kg) rating ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. Make: Guru/Jackson

M&L for butterfly valve 100 mm dia ISI marked & confirming to relevent IS complete all as specified and directed. Make: Leader/Zoloto/Sant

S&F control globe valve of size 25 mm ISI marked & confirming to relevent IS for 20 mm dia hose pipe of fire hadder complete all as specified and directed. Make: Leader/Zoloto/Sant

Supply and fixing in repair CO2 type fire extinguisher 4.5 Kg capacity ISI marked & confirming to relevent IS complete all as specified and directed. Make: Omex or equivalent make as approved by GE.

All as per item No 48 but dry chemical powder (DCP) type 4.0 Kg capacity.
