Schedule 'A' Section - I

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of squared rubble stone masonary ,brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement morter 1:6 including racking or cutting out joints complete all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in- charge.

All as per item No. 2.00 above but " except stone" complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonary ,brought up to courses,well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement morter 1:6 including racking or cutting out joints complete all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in- charge.

All as per item No. 4.00 above but " except stone" complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cements 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in benching, plinth course, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing up to 60 cm height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or champfered angles and throating incl use and waste of necessary form work and incl demolition of old PCC, complete all as spd.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonel rubble, uncoursed or brought up to courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for providing cast-in-situ of plan cement concrete (Bond Stone) type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and set in cement morter 1:6 between stone masonary and incl demolition of PCC, complete all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for Hand packing (thickness) of Broken stone or boulders at back of walls/retaining wall over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls incl cornices, chajjas, sun shades etc. and applying two coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc in hard/dense soil

Removing exacavated soil n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point

Dismantling PVC drain or vent pipe of any description in any position including bends branch pieces etc.

PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia as in weep holes in retaining wall complete all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Dismantling timber scantling un framed work in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section in any position, complete all as spd.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; water staging; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, otching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L for preparing new/old steel surfaces exc 10cm girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

Excavation in posts holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cubic metre, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and good surface in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

M&L for Cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregates) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete.

Demoliation of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, fixed in cement mortar 1:4 over the walls, Precast CC type B0 1:2:4 (12.50mm graded aggregate ) 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls incl cornices, chajjas, sun shades etc. and applying two coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified.

Amount of credit of Rs. 293001.50 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
