Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

French spirit polishing :

Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

One coat.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm).

Providing and fixing internal wall panels on Light gauge steel frame work with 12.5mm thick gypsum plaster board conforming IS 2095:2011 fixed on cement board as per standard sizes fixed with self-drilling / taping screws / fasteners @ 60cm c/c of approved make, self-drilling / taping screws / fasteners @ 60cm c/c of approved make, or 8 to 10 gauge of length varying from 25 to 45 mm. Proper taping and jointing to be done using fiber mesh tape and epoxy and acrylic based jointing compound for seamless finish.(cost of frame work to be paid for separately

Cement Fiber Board 8 mm thick as per IS 14862:2000 of type B (High pressure Steam Cured)

Providing and fixing 19 mm thick plywood of required thickness with high dimensional stability and mechanical strength conforming to IS:303 -BWR (Boiled water resistant) Grade, termite & borer resistant. The plywood shall be neatly cut to required sizes and firmly fixed as frames and shutters with teak wood lipping of size 19mmx5mm all round shutter with fevicol and head less nails of suitable size, necesary screws,joining clips, adhesive etc complete as directed by the Engineer - in- Charge. ( Note: Plywood of reputed brand and manufacture with BIS marking as approved by Engineer-in-charge shall be used)

Providing and fixing Name board made of 3 mm thick acrylic sheet of size 1'6" x 2'0" with projected letters, logos & borders of required size proportional to the content of text w.r.t the size of board. The letters, logos and borders shall be 4 mm thick & laser cut to required size and shape and fixed on the acyrlic sheet by means of epoxy acyrlic adhesive. The board shall be fixed at a distance of 75 mm from the wall surface by means of stainless steel studs etc complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Name board made of 5 mm thick acrylic sheet of size 63'' x 42'' ( 5'3'' x 3'' 6'') with projected letters, logos & borders of required size proportional to the content of text w.r.t the size of board. The letters, logos and borders shall be 4 mm thick & laser cut to required size and shape and fixed on the acyrlic sheetby means of epoxy acyrlic adhesive. Frosted film of size equivalent to the board size shall be fixed on the rear side of the board. The board shall be fixed at a distance of 25 mm from the wall surface by means of stainless steel studs etc complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Repairs to rolling shutters by applying grease and making it to operate smoothly. The item is inclusive of replacing the top cover with new one and all complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. ( note the length of top cover not to exceed 2.00 m)

Dismantling aluminium partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing board etc including disposal of unserviceable material and staking the same carefully with in the premises at all levels etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
