SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/flooring etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, coping, etc incuding necessary form works etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, etc and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. S & F TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

S & F TMT steel bars 6mm to 8mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick walls complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cast iron, PVC or reinforced concrete drain pipes, etc upto 110mm bore, with fittings jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, floor or walls if required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR), Soil waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks of capapcity exc 250 & n.exc 500 Ltrs and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. using bleaching powder and washed with water including dismantling and reconnecting and refixing in psoition including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint as "CLEANDED ON" complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks of capapcity exc 500 & n.exc 1000 Ltrs and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. using bleaching powder and washed with water including dismantling and reconnecting and refixing in psoition including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint as "CLEANDED ON" complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 20 mm bore, gun metal, Gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rolled mild steel fo grade Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pices, cleat etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old/unserviceable wire cloth / expanded metal any thickness or mesh (weight n. exc. 4 Kg Per Sqm) fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Welded steel wire fabric, n.exc 4Kg/Sqm supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking down old aluminium steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor of any size from HT/LT overhead line including all jumper etc and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for reuse in the work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside serviceable materials for re-use with in 50m and removing unserviceable materials from site of work incluidng demolition of PCC foundation and taking out base plate etc complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling of insulators of any type from LT poles of any size and type and setting aside complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for protection of under ground cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment)

Supply and laying well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' bricks laid breath wise across the length of cable in trenches for protection of UG cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed. (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately)

S & F in repairs, powder coated MS box of size 200x200x140mm made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet with front openable hinged door, locking arrangement with 2 Nos aluminium bus bar, 200 Amps mounted on porcelain insulator, gland and lugs etc fixed to pole/PTL post, etc with suitable size flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, powder coated MS box of size 300x250x200mm made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet with front openable hinged door, locking arrangement with 4 Nos aluminium bus bar, 200 Amps mounted on porcelain insulator, gland and lugs etc fixed to pole/PTL post, etc with suitable size flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Havell's/Aristo or equivelant of make as specifed in list of manufacturer's)

S & F in repairs, three core twisted, flexible copper conductor wire of size 1.00 Sqmm for connection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making hole by gas flame of appropriate size in street light steel pole (02 Nos per pole) for passing the connection wire etc from junction box to street light complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs LED street light fittings, 45 Watt in aluminium PDC housing toughened glass cover with IP 66 protection icnluding lamp and connecting up and testing complete all as specified and directed.
