SPECIAL REPAIRS CI TO DI PIPELINE FROM ECO PARK TO FILTER HOUSE OF RANGE WATER SOURCE UNDER AGE E/M OF GE DSSC WELLINGTON

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe line in hard/dense soil and getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated Hard/Dense soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed

Taking up/down carefully unserviceable CI pipe (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and joints connections from the trenches for 200 mm all as specified and as directed

Taking up/down carefully unserviceable DI pipe (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and joints connections from the trenches for 200 mm all as specified and as directed

Supply, Laying, jointing & testing of Ductile iron (DI), pressure pipes with spigot and socket ends,of 200 mm dia centrifugally cast, class K-9, with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS:8329/2000 (latest revision) and other relevant standards and metallic zinc coating followed by a finishing layer of epoxy paint in outer side, suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket joint) in any length laid in trenches including jointing & testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Relaying of DI /CI pipe line spigot and socket ends/ flanged type in trenches /on the ground or/ on supports above the ground level and connecting up including rubber gasket of 4mm thick with adhesives and necessary bolts & nuts,washers with jointing and testing of any length of size 200 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.
