Sampling of coal and waterCollection & preparation of RCF coal sample by collecting coal from each running RC feeders of all running units & Conveyor coal samples for testing in coal express lab. Collection of samples of Turbine oil, fly ash, bottom ash & pulverized coal of running units. One job in general shift duty.

Round the clock collection of sample- makeup water (once in a shift), boiler water (twice in a shift), feed water (twice in a shift), condensate water (once in a shift), saturated water (once in a shift), stator water (once in a shift), Monitoring of level and dosing of Hydrazine & Phosphate solution at site in all running units. Three jobs daily in express lab. Shift duty.

Work of assistance in operation related all work in shift duty (Round the clock) in WTP, Chemistry division.”.(One Job will be shift duty of 08 hrs.)

Fabrication works-

Laying/replacement of worn out/damaged pipe line of different sizes and length by old/new pipes, by way of :- i) Transporting of pipes from different places of Power house O.T.P.S. after its cleaning, sizing etc. ii) Cutting of pipe in different length as per requirement, cutting of flanges if required. iii) Welding of pipe end to end, tightening of fasteners after cutting/removing of old pipe. No leakage from pipe will be ensured by the contractor.

Fabrication of flanges of different size from M.S. plate by cutting/drilling/grinding etc.

Cutting of flanges /valves/ reducers /bends/usable pipe pieces of different size from old damage pipes etc. I- Transporting of flange/valve/reducers/ bends/useable pipes from different places of power house, OTPS. II- Cleaning, cutting, sizing, grinding, machining and give finished surface to make it usable. III- Welding and fixing of the same at required place.

Fabrication of pipe bends /reducers /tee/ bends/clamps in pairs of semi circular shape flexible types of different sizes by gas cutting welding, bending & grinding machining etc.

Fabrication & Erection of Steel structure of different sizes.

Enamel Painting on New fabricated/old pipes, bends, reducer and Tees outer surface by cleaning of rusted surface, painting with one coat of Industrial Zinc chromate red oxide primer conforming to IS-2074 and two coat of Industrial High gloss finish synthetic enamel paint conforming to IS-2932 of reputed make Asian/Nerolac /Berger.

Providing support to different sizes of pipes, valves etc.

Laying of GI/MS/CI pipeline of dia. 100 mm. of drinking water system including cutting/ welding/ tightening and fixing of support etc. as and installation & commissioning of the line (partially underground and rest at 0-4 mtr. height) with transporting from store to site.

Dismantling of old pipeline (about 600 Running Mtr.) of drinking water by opening the sockets & flanges/cutting after commissioning of above new drinking water pipeline and dispose off above old drinking pipeline to scrap yard as per instruction of AE/JE.
