Taking out complete old filter media from chamber of size 2.77 m dia and 1.50 m height including gravel/ sand of any size and stacking where directed including cleaning of filters media chamber by scrapping with the help of hard steel wire brushe and physical cleaning of surfaces by descaling/brooming slit and sludges and other deposits from inner side. collecting and taking them out with the help of manual labour and deposit outside the installation. clean and washing properly with bleaching powder mixed water and applying two coats of edible synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on entire surface (inner and outer surface) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of filter media (Gravel and Sand) using hydro-chloric acid (HCL) of required quantity and cleaning with fresh water to remove acid contents etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-filling of old gravels of various sizes in descending order in the filter beds, sizes varying from 02 mm to 10 mm thickness of the gravel layers to be kept as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Refilling old filter media ( Retrieved Sand graded ) in the filter bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling filter media (gravel of various sizes) in filter bed of Filter media confirming to IS-8419 part-I 1977 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Overhauling and repair to suction sweeper by dismantling/ opening of sweeper, overhauling and replacement of unserviceable parts, PVC fibre wheel 04 Nos MS wheel pin-08 Nos, brush of suitable size (as per Sample) - 01 No, Nuts/bolts/washers (as per sample)- 05 Kg, including painting complete suction sweeper and accessories by applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, re-assembling the sweeper and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of water purification chemical (Make:- ION Exchange TCC 90) suitable for swimming pool in 50 KG sealed plastic container of latest batch complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i)The TCC 90 chemical shall be supplied in manufacturers original packing duly marked with the date of manufacturing and expiry. (ii)The dossing of TCC 90 Chemical shall be adjusted as per requirement and also as per direction of medical representative during their visit to swimming pool.

Supply only Copper Sulphate suitable for swimming pool complete all as specified and as directed Note :(i) Receipt Voucher Shall be prepared by the department for item nos :09 and 10 of BOQ while supply of above items by the contractor. (ii) The above items as and when required for work shall be issued through baby indent and accounted and maintained in register duly signed by executives and user concerned .

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in hard/dense soil and clearing all the grass weeds ,bushes etc in the Pump House premises, surrounding area of OHT and UG sump after removing existing stone aggregate aside as directed at site including setting /spreading back the aggregate complete all as specified and as directed at site. Note: (i)The Premises of Pump house ,OHT and UG Sump shall be kept clean throughout the contract period by repeatedly removing the grass / weeds as many times depending on the growth of the grass. (ii)The rate quoted by the contrator for this item shall includes the above provisions

Supply only chlorine testing kit with sample varying to .1 PPM to 4 ppm . Note :(i) Receipt Voucher Shall be prepared for item nos :12 and 13 of BOQ while supply of above items by the contractor. Disconnecting the Centrifugal pump of capacity 30 HP of any make and model from motor and all water /electrical connections and removing/taking up from foundation, taking to civil authorised dealer workshop for repair/strip opening and repairing of pumping sets by changing the defective/unserviceable parts such as bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, Gland plate etc. complete. Reassembling including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gasket etc, and re-fixing in its original position at site, making all connections, commissioning and testing for smooth and noise free operation etc complete all as specified and as directed . Notes :- (i). Stator assembly, Rotor assembly, body,Ball bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, Gland plate & stuffing box packing, Cooling tube with Banjo nut, O ring, Shoulder ring , Gasket Packing, Vent valve, Gland rope and Set of rubber oil seal etc will be replaced if required and cost for the items shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ as supply only. (iii) The T & P/vehicles for transportation of centrifugal pump will be arranged by the contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item
