Material and labour Marble work Udaipur green 16mm to 18mm thick (table rubbed and polished)as in floors,including white marble border of desired design, steps and skirting of staircase, cooking plateforms and , treads, riser or landing of stair hall, window cill and like over 10mm thickscreed bed/plaster in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of other than white and black including cutting of 25 mm dia hole for gas pipe( for cooking platform) and including rounding to edges complete including roughning of existing surface all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured in different colour combination/ dark colour/grey shade (alongwith highlighter shade) as approved by GE ,450x350x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and riser to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour Granite (of any type), 18- 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixer of pigment to match with marble shade including making full curving the edges and dismantling existing floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for taking down existing boarding from wall/ceiling of any description complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Seamless calcium silicate ceiling 8mm dia made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre,including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid eparately) incl Design/colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms)fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw thdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, odules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and ecessary S S screws shall be paid separately. Note : All screws shall be self tapping chrome plated.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension . Supply and fixing stainless steel wire cloth fixed as in uPVC Window frame/Steel window box type frame/skeleton shutters frame etc, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stailess steel wire staples.

Supply and fixing MCB Single Pole 6 to 32 Amps rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and neutral and current carrying capacity 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commission in complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including 4 mm dia galvanised earth lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised standard iron or steel all as specified or indicated in electrical plate no 3 of MES Part-I, including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following: - (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1. (c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 Kg/Sqm. (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore medium grade and copper lugs etc all as specified. (e) 15 mm nominal bore light grade GI protection pipe 5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. (f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (g) Testing of earthing. Note: On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Single Pole and neutral Metal Enclouser with a two pin and earth plug and socket with one Single pole MCB 20 Amps complete including connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Sub main wiring using PVC insulated and unsheathed fire retardant low smoke and halogen (FR-LSH) copper conductor single core multi stranded unsheathed copper cable 4.00 sqmm (for Phase and neutral) and earth continuity conductor of size 4.00 sqmm multistranded copper conductor FRLSH 1100V conforming to IS:694 (2010) using approved colour code for phase and neutral as per IS code drawn through non-metallic PVC rigid concealed conduit, 20mm outer dia (ISI marked) heavy mechanical stress (HMS) grade in accordance with IS:9537 (Part 3) having wall thickness not less than 2.0 mm thick. The external dia shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No 19.125 of SSR Part I (ISI marked) including conduit accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc fixed concealed with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note 01: 2 runs of 4.00 sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 4.00 sqmm copper cable in and including 20mm PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit. Note 02: The rate of cutting chases required for concealed conduit/flush boxes etc. is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted and nothing extra shall be paid for this.
