Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in benching, haunching of man holes, coping, including necessary form work and finished exposed surface of concrete all as specified in Para 4.11.16 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in reinforced roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams staircases, manhole covers, landing chhajjas and similar suspended wk (reinforcement cut as requited to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

.M&L pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in cover slab for manhole, septic tank etc set in cement mortar (1:6) including formwork all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of existing brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 8 above but except bricks. Note: Old usable bricks retrieved vide srl item No 8 and 9 shall be reused.

M&L TMT steel bars of Gde Fe-500, 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, binding spirally forhooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement using WPC @ 3% of cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Supply only integral water proofing compound

Demolition and breaking up 150mm dia SGSW AC or reinforced conerete pipes, set in cement mortar and taking out of trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes of 150 bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L salt glazed stone ware drain pipes grade ‘A’ laid in trenches on concred bed and jointed as specified (Excavation and earth work measured and paid separately) for 150 bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 100mm bore cast iron bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers ( larger bore measured) with oval access door complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of Gully trap, Manhole, septic tank and soakage well any size by dewatering, taking out mud/sludge/liquid from septic tanks, soakage wells not exceeding 1.5meter deep getting out and removing & depositing the sludge to a distance not exceeding 100meter in borrow pits, excavating borrow pits and covering the filled borrow pits with minimum 10cm thick layer of earth, and 2 cm thick lime on top surface to prevent spread out of foul smell. After taking out sludge and solid deposits, the inside of the gully trap, septic tank, manholes etc shall be cleaned with water complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank and soakage well any size by dewatering, taking out mud/sludge/liquid from septic tanks, soakage wells exceeding 1.5meter but not exceeding 3.00 meter deep getting out and removing & depositing the sludge to a distance not exceeding 100meter in borrow pits, excavating borrow pits and covering the filled borrow pits with minimum 10cm thick layer of earth and 2 cm thick lime on top surface to prevent spread out of foul smell. After taking out sludge and solid deposits, the inside of the septic tank shall be cleaned with water complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning & clearing of underground sewage line not exceeding 150mm bore at any depth & description, alongwith manholes (by taking off manhole covers and refixing the same after cleaning) by removing any type of blockage including desilting and de-chocking manually by rodding pumping etc including disposal of sludge /sludge water at authorised dumping site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blockage manually by rodding, pumping etc and removing the deposited sludge/solid/liquid material, at authorised dumping site as directed by Engineer-in-charge, from water closet any description including trap and CI pipe line upto first manhole complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage manually by rodding, pumping etc and removing the deposited sludge/solid/liquid material, at authorised dumping site as directed by Engineer-in-charge, from floor trap/nahni trap upto gully trap complete all as specified and directed.
