REPAIR/ MAINT OF DG SETS AT VARIOUS INSTALLATIONS UNDER GE AVADI

Carrying out service and maintenenace to the DG set of capacity 100 to 160 KVA by draining out the exisitng old engine oil from the engine of DG Set and refilling engine oil, replacing engine oil filter elements, fuel elements, and carry out complete checkup and replace (labour only) if necessary in lubricating system, cooling systems, air intake systems, fuel systems, exhaust systems, DC electrical systems, tightening bolts and nuts in engine and alternator related systems etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of DG Set :- Kirloskar / Cummins / Ashok leyland / Mahindra

All as per item No 1 above but for DG set of capacity upto 63 KVA.

Note for Item No 1&2 All materials required for replacement shall be measured and paid as supply only under separate items.

Repairs to 12 V battery charging alternator assembly by removing, dismantling, replacing the unserviceable burnt rotor and stator assembly, assembly refixing to the engine and testing for staisfactory charging of battery all as directed. Dismantling existing unserviceble AVR of the Alternator and S&F new AVR of same capacity/.model/ type including connecting up and testing for the following capacity Alternators of any make / type / model :-

Supply , fix , connect and test Battery charger suitable for operation on AC single phase 230 Volts , 50 hz for charging battery of 12 / 24 Volts up to 180 Ah including proper connecting with 2.5 Sqmm Copper wire including removing exisiting unserviceable one all as specified and as directed Make of DG Set :- Kirloskar / Cummins / Ashok leyland / Mahindra

Carrying out servicing to cylinder head of Kirloskar Make RB 44/RB 33 engine by replacing valves, valve guides, valve seats if defective, and carring out valve lapping for proper seating of valves, assembling all as specified and as directed. Note: Spare for engine shall be measured and paid under seperate items.

Supply , fix , connect, test and commision DG set protection Controlar digital flush mounting type multifunction meter to read Voltage, current, frequency, KWH, PF, loop oil presure, v belt fault, speed, diesel level etc., with necessary CT's , accuracy class 1.0, complete panel flush mounting type , incluiding removing exisiting unserviceable one all as specified and as directed. Supply , fix , connect and test Radiator assembly heavy duty , of same size / type / model as existing complete with inlet and outlet hose connetctions , clamps etc., suitable for following capacity DG sets , incluiding removing exisiting unserviceable one all as specified and as directed. M & L for replacing the old unserviceable battery lead (+,-) 25 sq mm single core mulitstranded copper conductor PVC insulated with terminal on end socket and the other end clamp type, length approx 1 mtr incluiding applying jelly over the battery pole and terminals incluiding removing exisiting unserviceable one all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L Replacing the old unserviceable battery terminals(+,-) one end socket and the other end clamp type incluiding brazing work and applying jelly over the battery terminal and pole incluiding removing exisiting unserviceable one all as specified and as directed all as directed by the Engr in charge

M & L for removing & replacing the unserviceable burnt pla relay in AMF panel all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. Make of DG Set :- Kirloskar / Cummins / Ashok leyland / Mahindra
