Preventive maintanance of complete S/S equipments lighting of switchyard & Control room, LA etc. Round the clock by a team comprising of sufficient techanical personal.

General cleaning of control room, roads and cleaning of toilets etc. (including consumble, toiletries) twice a day.

Proper cleaning of complete area around yard by cutting grass and bushes 4 time in a year as per technical specification & cleaning of trenches as per details enclosed. (Area of grass cutting for one time will be approx 9000 Sq. Mtr including uprooting of Kasa grass and small trees).

Carryout the work of complete tightening of Jumpers & replacement of damaged jumpers from main busbar (132 KV/33 KV) to bus isolators of various voltage levels (i) 132 KV-7 nos Bays, (iii) 33 KV-23 nos bays. Oiling & greasing of all the Bus isolators during the shut down of 132/33 KV Bus bars by providing sufficient trained staff.

Maintenance of Lawn & Flower beds in the premises of Sub-station.
