Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc. 15 cm. thickness, below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ), removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling or wall/ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation board slabs/blankets, of any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

4 mm thick E-board with and including fixing to frame work made Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl Seat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including fixing of E-board as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Hollow PVC wall Lining / panelling consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet including PVC fillets as per manufacturer instructions and fixing at site complete all as specified and directed

50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 sqm each) as in plinth protection, finished the surfaces even & fair, filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight, complete all as specified and directed.

Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but n.exc. 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles & including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 8 above but in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid coloured ceramic tiles area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm, 7 to 8 mm thick, as in floors etc. jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match colour of tiles including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
