Takng out old unserviceable under ground HT cable upto 185 sqmm from trenches/floor/road/pipe/along poles including taking out old bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Excavation,earth work required for item shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.)

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated,screened,PVC beded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,clectric power cables (heavy duty)with aluminium conductor HT cable 11000 volts grade with cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core laid in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/ through pipes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.

M&L for disconnecting HT & LT side cables of follwing indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 500 KVA and earth strip from body and neutral of transformer mounted on two pole/four pole structure/staging/sub stn and taking down the transformer manually/using mechanical means and lifting loading and transportation to MES store yard/site to civil workshop for repair and opening of covers,draining out existing transformer oil,lifting of core,cleaning oil tank using chemicals,cleaning of core after removing HT/LT winding,re-assembling of new HT/LT windings with core varnishing heating and bringing back the same after repairs to the same point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) Rewiding of HT/LT coil any type/material,dihydration of transformer oil reassembling after repair etc.will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of the schedule. (ii) Spare part shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only and cost of fixing and connection of spare shall be deemend to included in the quoted rate of the above items.

M&L for re-winding of 11 KV HT coils with super enemelled best quality copper wire of existing guage with superior quality insulation material for transformer of capacity upto 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dehydreation and filteration of exisitng transformer oil for transformer of any capacity using centrifugal plant to eliminate foreign particals and to improve die electric straingth not less than 40 KV for one minute in 2.5 mm electrode gap as per relevant IS and to bring the acidity within the permissible limit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Transformer oil required for toping up shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of BOQ.

Supply and topping up to filling of fresh transformer oil conforming to IS-335 having die electric strength not less than 50 KV in existing transformer installed at different locations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-n-charge. Make: Transol/Power oil/Savita

Supply and fixing in replacement of ceramic HV bushing complete with bushing stud (brass metal) for transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting transformer of capacity 50 to 100 KVA , indoor/outdoor from HT/LT side carefully at site, dismantling carefully and removing primary and secondary terminals, top cover, conservator tank, neutral earth strips and draining out transformer oil to the required level and storing carefully in cleaned containers, cleaning of terminals, inspection of core, supply and replacing the 5 mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket to leak proof seal under relevent item of this schedule for tank top cover and reassembling the complete dismantling items by replacing unserviceable minor spares such as nut, bolts, washers, expulson vent diaphram, bush seals and filling drained out transformer oil after filtration to eliminate foreign particals and to improve die electric straingth not less than 40 KV for one minute in 2.5 mm electrode gap as per relevant IS and to bring the acidity within the permissible limit complete and reconnecting the HT/LT supply cable ends at the site and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per item No 60 here in before but transformet of capacity above 160 KVA and up to 300 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down the HT Vacuum circuit breaker of capacity 400 Amps , 11 KV 250 MVA for servicing, repairs replacement of defective/wornout components and reassembling complete comprisng of the following including testing and commissioning of the following including testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Eingineer-in-charge.

(i) Dismantling the VCB from the enclosure consisting of vacuum interrupter assembly, socket contacts, checking the serviceablility of the following parts carefully including cleaning, adjustments, replacements, of defective/won our parts and re-assembling the complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (a) Cleaning the external surface of bushing with CTC or liquid ammonia to remove the accumulation of dirt or any other deposits. Inspection of bushings and make sure that vibration due to breake operation have not caused the bushings to move resulting mis alignment of contacts. (b) Checking the vacuum interputer assemnbly and contact Checking the alignment of contacts and setting the contact surfaces to bare firm and uniform pressure and adjust the gap as per manufacture tolerance. Badly potted contact needs to be replaced Note: Contacts shall be ordered saperately. (c) Checking the breaker bushing of bus bar and circuit side inspecting the interval surface carefully for any charging/tracking, replacement of bushings.

(ii) Dismantling the spring Charging mechanism of VCB, checking the operations of closing/tripping through closing/tripping coils electrically as well as manual charging including cleaing adjustements and replacement of defective/worn out parts re-assembnly complete for the following:- (a) Checking the ratchet wheel assembly, driving and charging parts including replacement of defective ratchet wheel and like parts. (b) Checking the operation mechanism of breaker and ensure its operation freely through lentyire stroke. Parts which shows excessive wear nd tear to be replaced or adjusted as per manufactures tolerance. (c) Checking of operating voltage watt mechanism termanials tripping arrangement for positive tripping. Contacts to be examined for their condition and operation. Dress the pitted contacts and replace if necessary. (iii) Review the adjustement of all pressure switched land lockout devices. (iv) Inspecting all bolts, nuts pins and collar pins and inplace and they are tight and opened properly. Note : (a) Checking the ratchet wheel assembly, driving and charging parts including replacement of defective ratchet wheel and like parts. (b) cost of additional hardware like bolts, nuts, washers and springs, washers, petroleum jelly etc, to put the breaker in serviceable condition is deemed to be included in the rated quoted. Inspection cleaning and re-lubrication of circuit breaker

M&L for repair and maint of HT Air break GOD switch to removing carbon/burnt accessories and replacement of unservceable male and female contacts assembly including treatment with conducting jelly of contact points and removing/replacement of unserviceable jumpering with new ACSR conductor jumpers duly load test the HT OH lines jumpering position/points and provision for requiered minor spares like screws,nuts,bolts,washers and links are inclusive complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Supply only Male and female contacts of HT 11 KV Airbreak switch GOD of 200/400 amps rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: fixing only measured under relevant item of this schedule.

Takintg down old unserviceable TNC switch and supply & fix new TNC switch for HT panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 for layiny floor finishes, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 25x4mm thick fixed by means of bolts, nuts and washers of the earth wire galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia upto 3m height above ground level and watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade with socket and plug 30 cm above ground level including earthwork, PCC chamber in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm stone aggregate, cast iron cover, wire meah etc all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 complete and all as specified and direcrted by Engr-in-charge. Notes:- (i) 20 mm dia GI pipe for watering to be provided with a socket and plug and should be 30 cms above ground level. (ii) GI strip connecting upto pump,Gen set,LT panel and DBs earth connection is included in this item. (iii) GI pipe 40 mm dia protection pipe shall be provided upto Ground level.

S&F GI strip 32x6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground or fixed on structure fixed with screws and bend to any shape as required for site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note : A sum of Rs. 296250.00 will be deducted on account of credit for taken down material.
