Excavation in tranches n.exc. 1.5 m deep and n.exc.1.5 m wide in any type of soil and forming bottom surfaces to required level of slope for laying of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal surplus soil at a distance n. exc. 50 m and deposited where directed at a lavel not exc. 1.50 m above the starting pont complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up CI water mains of 80 mm dia including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including buring out joints and recovering lead, removal to MES store yard all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Taking up CI water mains of 150 mm dia including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including buring out joints and recovering lead ,removal to MES store yard all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material & laying , fixing in trenches cast iron pipe with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast class " LA" in any length 80 mm bore all as specified and directed. ( run lead joint shall be measured and paid for separately.)

Assembling fitment with the pump and making fit for lowering with necessary connection with starter / panel with testing complete all as specified.

Excavation of earth on the depth of nearly 0.90 m deep and making clear space of approximately 1 RM at both way for repair of 150/80 mm CI pipe leakage, refilling of pig lead, caulking properly from all side and ensuring leakage prevention complete with making good to disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of OHT having height of 22 mtr & capacity one lakh gallons by removing deposited sand,mud,silt and taking out from the tank ,Flushing out the mud water by scraping out deposited mud on surfaces insied by using steel brush complete specified and directed & Putting adequate quantites lime mixed water and removing the same through wash out followed by poring bleaching solution all around the bottom of the tank complete all as directed at site.

Periodical maintenance of 100 KWp roof top Solar plant located at Bldg No. P/63 & P 102 of 4 AFSB Varanasi.Scope of work :- (a) Periodical maintenance would including washing / cleaning of Solar PV Modules weekly as per pre planned schedule & shall deemed to comprises of cost of trained labour employed for the purpose, T&P used and other petty items such as cotton waste etc. (b) Checking electrical parameter of the installed power plant & report for the same have to submit to Engr-in Charge /JE (E/M) on weekly basis.

Material and labour for Cleaning/removal of blockage from bathroom,EWC/IWC (any type), kitchen, WHB and urinals including connected Nahani traps / gully traps/floor traps, grating of trap, waste pipes, pipe in any length upto first manhole etc choked with mud / other accumulated sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly at any location, at any floor by rodding/choke remover/Pressure technique/manually or otherwise to clear blockage upto entire satisfaction of users,including refixing of oval assess door covers with new nuts & washers and refixing manhole covers, including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge and depositing the sludge in a pit (at empty/open area) of suitable size at a distance exceeding 50 metres from the building where directed and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit after treating the sludge by spreading the bleaching powder as directed to reduce the foul gases including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified andas directed .1. Contractor must employ Minimum 2 nos labourers daily, complete all as specified and as directed .2. Contractor or his representative shall report daily at 09.00 AM except on Sunday/ National holidays in the office of Engineer-in-Charge/ Complaint cell to receive complaint slip and necessary directions. Complaints received through telephonic message from JE/ Engineer-in-Charge shall also be attended on the same day and the completion of work shall be reported by 05.00 PM of every working day to JE/ Engineer-in-Charge.3. In case of non attedence of complaints against BOQ item 61 above by the contractor on the same day, a penalty of Rs 200/- per complaint per day and for complaints against BOQ item 60 above, a penalty of Rs 100/- per complaint per day will be recovered from the contractor due complete all as specified and as directed. 4. The cost for all necessary T&P such as green female bamboo strips, iron rods, sewage rodding machine, buckets, rope, ladder, safety mask, bleaching powder etc and all other other materials for execution of the work shall be included in the unit rate complete all as specified and as directed .5. A complaint register shall be maintained by JE and proper record of complaints received and attended with date and time shall be recorded and shall be signed daily by both the parties. (e) For septic tank of 100 user capacity.

Supply and fix in repairs 15 mm bore bib tap brass chromium plated fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe fixed in repairs all as specified and directed. Make- Essco or equivalent

Taking down rain water / vent pipe of any description including fittings etc including removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.
