NAME OF WORK: RATE CONTRACT FOR COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (CAMC) CONSISTING OF PREVENTIVE AND BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS MAKES & MODELS OF DIGITAL AIR COMPRESSORS (UPTO 5 HP RATING) AND SERVO STABILIZERS (FROM 10 TO 30 KVA CAPACITY) INSTALLED AT RETAIL OUTLETS/ KISAN SEVA KENDRAS UNDER BHUBANESWAR DO & SAMBALPUR DO FOR 2 (TWO) YEARS EXTENDABLE BY ANOTHER 1 (ONE) YEAR ON MUTUAL CONSENT BASIS.

Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. 2. Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in white coloured cells, without changing any format 3. The below mentioned rates are inclusive of all Taxes, levies, duties, transport, insurance charges but exclusive of GST only and GST will be reimbursed as per actual rate. Present Rate of GST against the tendered job is 18%. 4. Duly filled Price Bid is to be uploaded in the Financial Packet only. Else in case of uploading of Price Bid in wrong place other than Financial Packet or changing the format of Price Bid, the entire Bid of the tenderer will be liable for rejection. 5. Quote is based on unit quantity. However, DO-wise approximate number of Air Compressors and Servo Stabilizers for CAMC are mentinoed in NIT. 6. Estimated Rate is for one Air Compressor and for one Servo Stabilizer.
