Repairing and Renovation of 2nd floor Store and Nursing Hostel

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Application of Rust off 100 to remove the loose rust & Cleaned the reinforcement. Then application of Sika Armatec 108.

Providing & Fixing Reinforcement with Cutting . Bending if Required.

Application of a bond coat of Sika Latex (1:4:6 ) over the surface exposed concrete surface.

Providing & Laying avg 40 - 50 mm thick layer of Sika top 122HS over the coated Surface.

Providing & laying 10 - 15 mm avg Finished plaster (1:4 — Cement: Sand) admixed with the waterproofing compound Sika Plustrucrete Plus @ 200ml per bag of cement over the coated surface.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natu- ral sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile OrganicCompound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand andmanufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Surface preparation by Grinding or scrapping the existing distemper from walls and ceiling

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tile as per CPWD specifications

Painting with Synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coat on New work

Applying priming coat With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron / steel works.

Surface preparation by Grinding the rough surface and removing the rusted lumps of steel member to give a smooth surface for painting work with all required tools.

Providing and fixing aluminium openable windows made of 1.5 mm thick aluminium sections, including glazing with clear or tinted glass as specified, aluminium fittings, EPDM rubber beading, screws, all necessary hardware, and making good the opening, complete as per CPWD specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing Floor Mounted with Exposed cistern type vitreous china European water closet (EWC) (Make: Hindware/Parryware/Johnson/Cera) of approved make and design, including dismantling and removing the existing Indian water closet (IWC), making necessary alterations to plumbing connections, trap, floor, and finishing, including all fittings and fixtures, complete as per CPWD specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing health faucet (hand-held bidet spray) of approved make (Make: Hindware/Parryware/Johnson/Cera) and quality with flexible hose, including CP angular stop cock/valve, all necessary fittings, fixing accessories, and making good, complete as per CPWD specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 3-in-1 wall mixer (Make: Essco/Ess Ess/ Cera) of approved make and quality, consisting of wall mixer with provision for overhead shower and hand shower, including overhead shower with shower arm, hand shower with flexible hose, CP fittings, all necessary accessories, and making good the wall, complete as per CPWD specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35 litre capacity electric storage type water geyser of approved make and quality, including all necessary fittings, brackets, electrical connections, safety valve, and providing and fixing hot and cold water pipeline connections with suitable CPVC / GI pipes and fittings, complete as per CPWD specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: Racold/Bajaj/Jaquar)

Providing and fixing vitreous china wash basin of approved make and size, including CP brass pillar taps, CP waste coupling, CP bottle trap, CP angle valves, brackets, cutting and making good the wall, complete as per CPWD specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Make for CP Fittings: Essco/Ess Ess/ Cera)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish of size Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm

24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of ‘H’ section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanised M.S. ‘U’ cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For W.C. and bathroom door shutter).

Providing and fixing CPVC pipes for water supply and SWR pipes for soil and waste lines after dismantling and removing the existing old pipelines, complete in all respects.

Pipe Joint Sealing : Wherever applicable after making groove, Grouting the all the pipe line joints with, In-house make Non-shrinkage Grout (NSG) .Then the area should be treated with the application of Polymer modified mortar (cement: sand – 1:4, admixed with CEMBOND SBR @ 10% Per 50KG of Cement or Equivalent )

Surface cleaning the existing masonry / concrete surface to remove all loose dirt, dust, loose materials etc., Primer Coat : The entire substrate will be treated by applying Primer coating of CEMCOAT PRIMER as per manufacturer’s specification inclusive of Manpower, Material and Equipment all complete. Waterproofing Top Coating : Providing & Applying single component PU coating on Two top coats of Aquaproof PU W1 or equivalent as per manufacturer’s specification inclusive of Manpower, Material and Equipment all complete.
