Painting runway center line marking with fully/semi automatic paint applicator machine (using cold airless spray/striper machine with minimum two spray gun) to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate no. of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge i/c cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. Old work (one or more coats)
Providing and applying water borne paint (WBR) of 375 micron thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using by fully/semi automatic paint applicator machine (using cold airless spray/striper machine with minimum two spray gun) including apllication of high index glass beads driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
Machine Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats
Machine Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work (Note :- The painting machine should have minimum 2 nosal guns for spray).
Removal of old paint from Runway & Apron surface using water blasting cum vacuuming system with suitable operating pressure or equivalent mechanised medium to remove old marking, maintaining proper surface texture and conditions as directed by E.I.C. (Note :- The painting machine should have minimum 2 nosal guns for rubbing).
