Supply, fixing and laying bi-axial geo-grids of tensile stength minimum 20kN/m, stiching as per specification at junction, Leveling and laying at site as per drawing and direction by Engineer-in-charge. The required testing for qualification will be carried out by the contractor at his cost. (Payment will be made as per actual measurement at site, laps will also be measured for payment)

Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barir under and alrond the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimetr of the building including all byeworks complete as per specification/IS 6313:2001 and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completeion of the foundations ii) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work ot be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 6 (six) years shall be furnished b the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee.

Conducting static plate load test at the foundation levels below the excavated pit as directed by Engineer in Charge, as per relevant Indian standards (IS 12070, IS 1888) and specifications up to 100 t/sq.m or failure, by reaction method using plate of size 600mm x 600mm x 25mm thickness. the rate shall include preparation of test surface, final trimming of rock surface as per IS 7317, all equipment, materials and preparation of test report in sextuplicate and one soft copy in CD and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade using 300 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and washed washed crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. Dosage of PCE based admixture as per workability requirment at site conditions. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood paels alone will be permitted.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, testing of field density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing gravel/murram backing/filling 75mm thick (consolidated thickness)for underfloor/plinth beam or as specified by Engineer, including spreading gravel in uniform layers, watering, ramming, consolidating by hand/mechanical roller, dressing the top surface to the required level complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and constructing 200mm thick precast concrete solid blocks masonry wall in cement mortar (PPC) 1:4 usinf crushed stone sand with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm in superstructure includng cost of materials,testing, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing 100mm thick precast concrete solid block masonry wall in cement (PPC) mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x100mm in superstructure including cost of materials, testing, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying roof insulation for buildings as specified inclusive of surface preparation, labour, tools, equipment, material etc., all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge,consisting of the following a) Applying 40-50mm varying thickness of screed concrete in M25 to required slope and grading in suitable panels after surface preparation. b) Applying one bituminous layer. c) Laying 50mm thick pre-cast light weight foam concrete blocks. d) Laying 40mm thick in situ spraying of Polyurethane foam concrete. e) Applying bituminous primer at 0.25 ltr / sqm. and Laying two layers of APP ( Atactic Polypropylene) membrane for water proofing. f) Painting one coat of reflective paint over the above layer.

Providing and fixing PVC rain water downtake pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A and PVC SWR Fittings & specials confirming to IS: 14735, 'Finolex' or other approved equivalent make of pipes, fittings & specials including jointing with seal ring / with PVC solvent adhesive including fixing in walls/columns using clamps, anchor fasteners, bolts and teakwood packing pieces, joint testing etc complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork /block work at all elevations in (PPC) cement mortar 1:4 using washed crushed stone sand, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand)using Portland Pozzolona cement with content of flyash minimun 15% to ceiling of slabs, chajjas including drip course, bands, beams, columns, loft slabs, staircases, and any other location at all heights wherever required with all bye works dabbing, curing, scaffolding, etc.,complete at all heights and levels as per specification and drawings.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with interior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to interior walls to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying 2 coats of putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to exterior walls to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty wherever required, preparation of the surfaces,covering the pinholes of rc surfaces by putty, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing F3 finish over concrete surface in cement mortar 1:1.5 using washed crushed stone sand (1 part cement : 1.5 part fine sand) including wetting the surface, labours, curing, all materials, scaffolding, at all elevations complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying polished Kota stone for flooring & Skirting of required size as specified colour, free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners laid at right angles as per pattern over a bedding of (PPC) cement mortar 1:4 using washed crushed stone sand, 20mm thick (or backing of cement mortar 1:3 using washed crushed stone sand, 12mm thick as mentioned below) pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of slab and finished in all respects, including machine/hand cutting to required size and shape, curing, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing stone to level and plumb, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all material sand labour complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:The sample Kota stone slab shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

In steps/step thread, 25mm thick Kota slab of required colour, oulding and polishing of exposed edges, providing with anti-skid grooves, fixing with 20mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:4 using washed crushed stone sand. The Kota stone slab shall be single length to match step length.

In skirting 20mm thick Kota stone slab laid over 12mm thick backing in (PPC) cement mortar 1:3 using washed crushed stone sand.

Providing and fixing VITRIFIED floor tiles of 10mm thick in different sizes with water absorption less that 0.08% and confirming to IS 15622 of Marbonite or approved make in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish (as required by Engineer-in-charge) laid over a bed of minimum 20mm thick bed of (PPC) cement mortar 1:4 using washed crushed stone sand(IN Skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bd of cement (PPC)mortar 1:3 using washed crushed stone sand) including machine/hand cutting to required size & Shape, grouting the joints with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of tile patterns, testing of tiles, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per drawings and specifications. Providing and fixing AI hanging Heavy Quality floor door stopper ISI marked with Twin Rubber stoppers, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to req. colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
