M&L for 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as in ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for for preparation of new plastered/ undecorated surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying one coat of white wash all as specified.on ceiling.

M&L Applying evenly a priming coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces complete and applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sunken floors all as specified and directed.

M &L 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4 ) type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor all as specified and directed.

M & L 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1 : 6 for laying of floor tile all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non skid colour ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area pf each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm of approved 1st quality in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white / coloured cement to match coloured tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 for dado / skirting on brick massonry surface finished fair and even for receiving tiles in vertical surfaces all as specified and directed.

M &L Glazed Ceramic tiles coloured, of size 300mm x 200mm x 6 to 7mm thick approved 1st quality as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dados and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/ coloured cement to match the colour of tiles all as specified and directed.

Taking down or down steel tubing and connections 15 mm bore, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel water tubing 15 mm bore medium grade galvanized with all fittings such as bends, tees, nipples, elbows, reducers, etc, fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning the roof surface and applying oil bond bitumen primer @ 0.2 kg/sqm providing and laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 4kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm having soften point not less than 140 degree centigrade tensile strength not less than 800 N/sqcm tearing strength 180N with minimum of 10cm side laps and 15cm end laps by application of torch applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen over the membrane @ 1.2kg/sqm and providing garnish with solar reflective bitumen aluminium paint @ 0.1 kg/sqm over completed area of membrane complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge. Note: the quoted rate shall included for cutting grooves in roof parapets, upward facias, etc and inserting of membrane and making good with CM 1:3 wherever required all as specified and directed.
