SCHEDULE 'A'

Taking down the defective reciprocating open type compressor of capacity 50TR / Make : blue Star Model : JS 43F-N50B. from the central type Air conditioning plant by disconnecting suction and discharge valves after pumping down the system and other controls . Dismantling the compressor for overhauling, servicing, cleaning all the internal parts and Crank shaft, reconditioning, replacing of following parts main bearings (front 02 Nos and back 01 No), connecting rods 04 Nos, Piston pins 04 Nos, Suction read, discharge read, suction spring, discharge spring, piston rings, gasket sets, Thrust washer etc, Re- assembling the compressor in all respect , refixing the same in its original position & re connecting all disconnected lines including Pressure testing as per the OEM recommendation / Specification & commissioning for proper function of all instruments like pressure gauge , pressure switches , solenoid valve, expansion valve etc. Replace if required. as specified and as directed. (SM/MES No. 825/0032/09)

Taking down the defective 50 HP motor startor and the burned copper old winding from reciprocating open type compressor of the central type Air conditioning plant of capacity 50 TR and rewinding with copper double winding as per the original winding Re- assembling the motor startor and compressor in all respect , refixing the same in its original position & re connecting all disconneted lines as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note :- (i).Unserviceable parts / accessories required to be replaced will be measured and paid for under relevent Items as supply only. (SM/MES No. 825/0032/09)

M & L tor carry out the leak test for finding out normal gas leakage or during any repair carried out in AC plant of following capacity cental AC plant by charging the dry nitrogen gas & hold up to 24 hrs and rectifying the leakage if any by bracing / welding / replacing the 'Ö' ring etc and Vacuumising complete system with double stage vaccum pump to pull minimum 500 micron vaccum pressure and charging the refrigerant Gas (R22 / R407C) upto desired pressure all as specified & directed. by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (a) Once the Gas is charged, the system should hold the pressure for minimum three months. If any gas leak from the system, the contractor has to recharge the gas upto required level free of cost, No extra cost on this account shall be claimed. (b) compressor oil and refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only.

M&L for Repair /Servicing of oil pump by removing the pump from respective compressor of capacity 50 TR, replacing the worn out / defective parts like bearing, shaft, impeller, gaskets, valves, gears etc assembling and refixing back to compressor, testing for satisfactory fuction complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Descaling the shell and tube condenser by circulating descaling chemical with water (ph value of circulating water should be 01) through cooling tower re-circulating pump set up to 2 to 3 hours and open the end cover of condenser and manually cleaning the inner tubes with nylon brush removal of complete scale and flushing with fresh water. Reconnecting the condenser end cover by replacing rubber gasket, bolts, nuts and including cleaning of cooling tower,make up water tank etc as required commissioning in all respect for the following:- (Note: (i) Descaling shall be done minimum once in every 3 months and will be measured accordigly. (ii) During descaling any damage to copper coil which leads leakage of gas, contractor shall be resposible for rectification to the damage and gas to be filled after leak test without any extra cost (iii) Descaling of one AC Plant unit include total Number of condensers / chillers in the mentioned capacity AC Plant

M&L for maintenance and repairs / attending the complaint to the compressor unit of Central type AC plant of following capacity including fault finding and rectification including its calibration all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Repair/ servicing work to be carried out only by service person of OEM or his authorised agency. (ii) After rectifying the complaint; same type of complaint within 1 week for the same unit shall not be paid (iii) Servicing / replacing of PCB / replacement of any other parts will be paid seperately under relavent items.

M&L for Servicing of following Air Handling Units ( AHU's ) with humidification pumps of central type A/C by cleaning air filters , fire dampers , blowers , spray nozzles , condensate water tray , greasing of blower bearing / blower motor , tightening all bolts, nuts and testing for proper functioning all as specified and directed. Note :- AHU servicing shall be done once in every 2 months

Note :- (i) Servicing of cooling tower to be carried out twice in the entire contract period and Each job will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Spares required for replacement if any shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply and fixing.
