Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paints of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty, brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting the old wood work or plastered surface two coats in all floors with best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand to be approved by departmental officer before use on works including ordinary scrapping, sand papering and preparation of surface including coat of brushes, high scaffolding charges neat finishing complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats for Black Board surface using best quality synthetic enamel paint etc complete complying with standard specification.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. - Mixing by mechanical means
