BALANCE WORK OF MULTIPURPOSE HALL AT PT. D.D.U.M INTER COLLEGE DHAYKI IN DISTT SAHARANPUR UP

Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 mt. (100 fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-Incharges upto a distance of 30mt. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P rtc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors.

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 kms. from the site of work and including watering, dressing etc rate to include cost of all materials labour T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

(ii) R.C.C. work in Beam/Lintel Band

M-150 brick work in 1:6 (one cement and six coarse sand sand of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work.

M-150 Brick work in super-structure above plinth level up to floor two level (up to two storeys) including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks as required and also including honey comb brick work thickness of wall not to be less than 1.5 brick thick. (1:6 cement & coarse sand)

Providing & laying "brick Coba" 120 mm thick laid with M-150 class brick bat coba 7.50 cm thick with gap of 15mm to each other, over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 cement and coarse sand mixed with water proofing compound spreading cement slurry mixed with acrylic cement concrete water proofing compound filled gaps of coba & top of coba mortar mixed with water proofing compound in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar finished smooth & top mashed false square 30 cm x 30 cm and side wall parapet shall be mono lythic plaster wall upto 30cm higher and junction and corner shall be rounded by brick

P/F Mild steel TMT FE-500 or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and and over lapping & hooks.

Supply and fixing flush door commercial quality conforming to IS : 2202 Part I (1983) including ISI marked oxidized iron fitting with screws, bolt, hinges, handles, sliding bolt, door stopper and tower bolt etc. 32 mm thick
