Regular tower to tower ground patrolling & tower tip patrolling whenever/wherever required for approximate 88.35 Km. following mentioned 132 KV lines. Patrolling work consist of detection of the defects like missing/theft to tower parts/members, hot point, punctured/flashed over disc insulators, dislocation of vibration dampers/damaged conductor/earth wire, checking of foundation & position of trees in the corridor of 27 meter of the lines, removing of nests from the tower, Patrolling shall be done regularly on quarterly basis (Total four times in a year)(a) 132 KV Bhoor-Jahangirabad line - 27.18 Km.(b) 132 KV Bhoor-Khurja line - 17.95 Km.( c) 132 KV Bhoor-Gulaothi line - 19.88 Km.(d) 132 KV Bhoor-II LILO line - 7.80 Km.(e) 132 KV Dasna (400KV)-Gulaothi line - 15.54 Km. Total - 88.35 Km.

Opening/cutting of Nut & Bolts of remaining cut pieces of tower members stolen by miscreants to be opened safely/cut safely with the help of gas cuter/hacksaw blade. Fabrication & fixing of tower members including cartage of steel angles from Sub-Station store punching holes for proper placement tightening of nuts & bolts punching & chambering at different tower location of above transmission line and associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specification.

Repairing of damaged jumpers with help of PG clamp at tension tower.

Replacement of damaged/puncture/polymer/insulator string at different tower locations including cartage of material from store to work site of the above line. (a) For Suspension string.

(b) For Tension string.

Looping, chopping and cutting of tress branches in the 27 meters corridor of above line and stacking of above cutting at proper place far from the line.

Removal of bird's nest from different tower in respect of above line.

Tightening/fixing of missing/displaced vibration dampers/ arcing horn.

Tightening of jumpers at tension tower on both side and replacing nut bolt.

Attending breakdown of broken/repair of Panther conductor by providing repair sleeve/Mid span compression joints including lowering down of conductor and re-hoisting restringing tensioning etc. of the same up to 1 Km. along with associated works to complete the job.

Strengthening of earth wire by fixing of 1500 mm. long pieces of7/10 SWG earth wire on supsieon tower with help of 04 Nos. bull dog clamp duly fixed at both ends.

Emergency patrolling for attending breakdown of above 132 KV noted lines.

Attending breakdown of broken earthwire/teightening of loose earth wire per span along with assocated work to complete the job staisfactrorily.

Repairing of conductor by providing repairing sleeve when conductor down to earth during attending breakdown of conductor as mention in item No.09

Manually checking of Polymer/disc insulator string from cross arm to tower top of all tower locations, checking of its healthiness.
