Renovation of RCA/CCRG Shop at MAPS Plant site, Kalpakkam

Structural Steel work in Single Section ,fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting,hosting,fixing in position and applying a Priming coat and two coat of approved steel paint and complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: Maximum height of the structure is 37m.

Providing and Fixing roofing sheet in various structures at all elevations including vertical / curved surface and slope ranging from (V:H) 1:2.5 to 1:1 using Zinc-Aluminium alloy coated profile sheet of minimum 0.61 mm thickness (TCT) of TATA /JSW/Hindalco make having yield strength of 550Mpa min. 200 gm/m2, prepainted with Super Durable Polyester (SDP) with minimum of 40 microns as 20 microns on exposed surface and 10 micron reverse polyester coat on back surface over 5 micron corrosion inhibitive polyester primer coat on both surfaces of approved color. including all shapes, over laps, side cladding, ridges, eaves board, flashing etc., including Supplying and Fixing of necessary 6mm dia J or L GI hooks, bolts, nuts, screws, EDPM/Bitumen washers, sealing of joints by applying red oxide zinc chromate primer etc., complete all as per manufacturer's recommendations, drawings and specifications and complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding, tools & tackles. (Note: Payment shall be made only to the superficial area. Actual area of ridges, flashing and gutters shall be measured and paid. No over laps, corrugations /profile shall be measured. Maximum height of the structure is 37m).

Providing Ridges or Hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. Sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, Bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. Limpet and bithmen washers and complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semi-circular plain G.S sheet gutter with Iron brackets 40x3 mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes, etc., and complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Maximum height of the structure is 37m.

Providing and fixing PVC rain water downtake pipes of size 110mm conforming to IS: 13592 Type A and PVC SWR Fittings & specials conforming to IS:14735, 'Finolex' or other approved equivalent make of pipes, fittings & specials including jointing with seal ring / with PVC solvent adhesive including fixing in walls/columns using clamps, anchor fasteners, bolts and teakwood packing pieces, joint testing etc complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Maximum height of the structure is 37m.

Dismantling of AC sheet roofing/cladding including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc., in various structures at all levels and stacking the useable materials at designated location and disposing the unusable materials, debris within 1 km lead as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding, tools & tackles. Note: Maximum height of the structure is 37m. Payment shall be made only to the superficial area. No additional payment shall be made for over laps, corrugations /profile, ridges, flashing and gutters.

Dismantling steel work either manually/mechanical means in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etcwithout dismembering and stacking the useable materials at designated location and disposing the unusable materials, debris within 1 km lead as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Maximum height of the structure is 37m.

Dismantling of aluminium/gypsum /wooden partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material within 50meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of 50micron) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built-up sections/appropriate Z sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling of gaps at junctions at top, bottom, etc. required EDPM rubber/neoprene gasket, etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P brass/stainless screws, all complete as per drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
