M&L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tank capacity 500 ltr and 1000 ltr and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc and write date of cleaning in format of DD.MM.YYYY on tank complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles laid dry and pointed in any mortar in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, over roof surfaces etc. in each layer complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Rates are included upto G+4 Storey)

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness and stripping out/ taking down old existing tarfelt from any type of roof including plaster and removing demosihed material to a distance exc 1.50 KM mtr but not exceeding 5.00 KM mtr and depositing where directed etc complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Rates are included upto G+4Storey)

Taking down existing damaged APP membrane and clean the surface , frost, surface laitance and contamination and free from loose aggregate, iclean with water complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note:Rates are included upto G+4Storey)

M&L for PCC 1: 2 :4 Type B-1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over roof slab laid to slope finished even and smooth, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Rates are included upto G+4Storey)

Demoliation of PCC / sub base in sunken / toilet floor area and removing all WCs/WHB or other fittings carefully and keep it safe till refixing complete all as spd and directed.

S&F 50mm dia bore GI Pipe 450mm long (light grade) projecting 150mm from outer face of wall and the slope of sunken slab as spouts to drain out accumulated water complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charege

M&L cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 20mm granded crushed Brick aggregates as in sunken portion of WC etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15mm average thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with WPC ( (Dr Fixit 101LW+ or equivalnet ) in the proportion and as recommned by the manufacturer on concerete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and provide necessary slope towards GI Spouts in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Rate of WPC to be incl in quoted rate.)

S&F in repairs , PVC Cabinet mirror having size 350mmx450mmx120 complete all as specified and directed.
