REPAIR TO SUNKEN AND CAPILLARY TRAETMENT AND ASSOCIATED WORKS AT BD BARI MIL STN UNDER GE KALUCHAK

M&L for sunken treatment with glass fiber reinforced modified cementitious coating system before the final coat of Latex Shield 2K (or equivalent) complete all as following :- Base Coat : Berger HS Latex plus (or equivalent) consumption base coat : 0.3 kg/m2 Reinforcement : Glass fiber Second and Third coat : Latex sheild 2K (or equivalent) Consumption top coat : 3 kg/m2 System reqquirements : density : 2.00 kg/ltr; Compressive strength: 0.5N/mm2 Wall penetration through the RCC slab must be sealed using Berger HS Repair (or equivalent). Intersection of base slab with wall must be provided with a 50 mm fillet using Berger HS Latex plus (or equivalent) modified mortar with a bonding coat of Berger HS Latexplus (or equivalent) modified cement slurry upto sft. All depressions, unevenness, surface honeycombng shal be repaired using Berger HS Latex plus (or equivalent) modifiled polymer mortar with a bonding coat of Berger HS latex plus (or equivalent) modified cement slurry. Including cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose paricles, etc with compressed air or any other suitable technique depending on site conditions, grinding aby sharp edges, etc. Note :-The concerned items should be executed by OEM authorized applicator after signing of MOU (format attached as Appendix 'CD' on page no. 81 of tender documents as per Sch 'A' Note No 19 Page No 17). Non uploading of MOU by the bidder shall lead to rejection of bid during technical evaluation.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement using integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer,s instructions , complete all as specified & directed. NOTE:- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seprately.

Supply only water proofing compound ( (Liquid) complete all as specified.

M & L for20 mm dia high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core, of broken bricks broken to gauge n exc 63mm for laying sub base of thickness 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 with 20mm graded aggregate for laying floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick in light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors/Skirting etc. set, jointed and pointed with tile adhesive anti slip white @1.2kg/sqm thickness upto 8 to 10mm (or equivalent) and epoxy material for sealing of tile joints with Epoxy tile grout(or equivalent) to the floor of toilets and bathroom complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in and paving (un reinforced) exc. 15 cm. thickness, below or above ground level, including removal of waste from defence land and dumping at a place as specified by civil authorities complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Non - skid ceramic coloured jointless tile 400mm x 400mm x 7mm thick as in floors laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.
