Taking down plaster plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for Joint free non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including laid over screed bed of cement mortar 1:4 of 15mm thick .

M&L for Vetrified ceramic tiles (double charge) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including laid over screed bed of cement mortar 1:4 of 15mm thick .

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic Premium quality tiles 450x350x7mm/( 600x300 mm ) x 7 mm thick ,joint free on vertical surface such as skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including laid over backing layer of cement mortar 1:3 of 10mm thick .

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards any thickness including cover fillets.

M&L for Hi steel metal clip in false ceiling system with steel tile square or beveled edged (600mmX600mm) manufactured cut of 0.5mm thick polyster coil coated galvanized steel having 180 grams zinc coating. Coil coated steel tiles shall have 20 micron polyester coated finish on front side and back coat of 5 micron alkays primer. Two sides of each tile shall have raised and piped and stopped to ensure positive engagement in to the spring clip in profile allowing for demounting of indivdual tiles. The rigid suspension system consists to rows of 0.5mm galvanised steel clip in profile of size 38mm installed at 600mm center to center spacing to support the tiles. wall suspension angles of size 24mmX24mm and 0.4mm thick are suspended from the roof structure by GI ceiling brackets. Wall suspension angle are made of coil coated steel matching the colour of the tile . They are jointed to the clip in-profile system by hold on clamps. The tiles/planks are held in place by pressure clips as per manufactures instruction.

Surfaces excavation n exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/soil.

M&L Removing Excavated soils not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point.

M & L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type B2 ( 40 mm graded aggregsate) as in subbase and pavings etc all as specified.

M&L for screed bed or bedding mortar 20mm thick for laying for tiles in cement mortar 1:4 etc all as specified.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors etc all as specified.
