Supply and fixing for submain wiring with PVC insulated cable stranded copper conductor, ISI marked FRLS two single core 6 Sqmm drawn through PVC rigid non metalic conduit including earth continuity FRLS stranded copper conductor ISI marked 6 Sqmm PVC insulated with green insulation complete all as specified and directed.Including PVC Conduit

Supply and laying of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 25 Sqmm.

Supply and laying of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 35 Sqmm.

Supply and laying of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 70 Sqmm.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr deep for laying of cables and getting out soft/loose soil complete.

M & L for filling dry and clean sand in trenches for cable 8 cm deep below and 15 cm above for cable cushioning complete all as specified. Note: The thickness of sand cushining shall be measured 18 cm punning down.

M&L for old size sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in trenches complete.

Removal of surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Supply and fixing for galvanised pipe light grade of ISI marked 50 mm bore for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/lay under floor complete with and including fittings as required compete all as specified and directed. (Including taking down)

M&L for MCB SP 6 TO 32 Amps, 10 KA, C-curve complete all as specified.

M&L for MCB SPN 32 Amps, 10 KA, C-curve complete all as specified.

M & L for inreplacement MCCB 63 Amps, 4 pole, with adjustable thermal adjustable magnetic release, ICS=ICU=100%, 415 volts, 50 HZ, 25 KA complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M & L for inreplacement MCCB 100 Amps, 4 pole, with adjustable thermal adjustable magnetic release, ICS=ICU=100%, 415 volts, 50 HZ, 25 KA complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for LT feeder piller box out door type made out of MS sheet CRCA of sheet 3.0 mm thick 90x45x60 cm size with aluminium busbar 4 No's 400 Amp long suitable for 440 volts and mounted on LT protection insulator, Front opening door two leaf braced with continue hinges mounted on 4 Nos angle iron of 50x50x6 mm,60 cm long duly included with box and grouted in PCC block of size 30x30x15 cm in concrete 1:3:6 and top of box MS sheet duly in step types with protection of 20mm on all sides weather/vermen proof with high quality rubber bedding on panel door, cable entry arrangements at bottom including earthing terminals 2 No's at both sides, cable gland connecting to busbar and painted with red stove enammeled powder coated paint two coats over red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for sheet metal DB for MCBs, SPN, 8 ways, double door,singal phase, IP-43 company painted with 200 Amps rated bus bar, neutral bar/ connectors, each bar/ connectors, prewired complete with suitable copper conductor wire, PVC insulated, FRLS type with suitable copper thimbles, lugs etc complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete incl with earth work with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm with & including GI pipe 50mm bore medium grade as protection pipe (upto the body of equipment max 7.50metre) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh complete all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009), testing on completion including PCC chamber (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover and angle iron frame complete all as specified.
