Annual contract for the work of Transportation and loading, unloading of materials and failure TF from various Store Centers/ repair agencies to work site/Div/SDN store under Wardha Division, MSEDCL, Wardha.

(a) At least 2 years’ proven experience of similar work, including transportation, loading, unloading, erection/replacement of transformers and handling of other electrical materials, during the years (2024-25 and 2025-26). Preference may be given to local bidders.

(b) The bidder should have a valid Electrical Contractor License with the GST registration, Professional Tax registration, Labour Insurance/ESIC registration etc. at the time of submission of bid as per MSEDCL Industrial Relations Department Letter No. IR/Insurance/9623 Dt. 13.04.2012. The bidder shall also possess valid vehicle documents, i.e. vehicle Registration Certificate/road permit, vehicle insurance, driving licence, fitness certificate, etc., as applicable.

(c) The bidder shall own and possess at least one suitable vehicle and one suitable crane required for transportation, loading, unloading and handling of transformers and other electrical materials covered under the tender. The vehicle and crane shall be in working condition and shall have all valid statutory documents, permits, insurance and fitness certificates, as applicable.

(d) The bidder should be registered under EPF as may be applicable under the relevant Acts and Rules.

(e) The bidder shall produce documentary proof of ownership of the vehicle and crane, such as valid Registration Certificate (RC) and other applicable statutory documents, along with the technical bid. Hired/leased vehicles or cranes shall not be considered for fulfilling this specific eligibility requirement.

Operational Requirement: Considering the urgent nature of the work, availability of bidder-owned vehicle and crane is essential to ensure prompt deployment and timely execution of the work, avoiding delays associated with arranging hired resources.
