Demolition of bricks of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cenent lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of reinforced cement cocrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise provided for etc. complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up any bore drain pipes, etc (RCC/ SWG/CI etc) of any description in trenches or floors, including connections and fittings.

Taking down of cement plaster inculding wall finishes in any description on brick or stone wall etc., incl hacking out joints for key scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 Cm thickness (below/above ground level) including floor finishes all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Stone walling of squred rubbled ,brought up to courses well bonded and solidily hearted built in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 above except stone obtained from demolition.

M&L for brick wk with sub class B brick straight or curved on plan exe 6 m mean radious built in C/M 1:6.

Ditto all as per item No 9 above except bricks including cleaning and stacking of bricks obtained from demolition.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds, mitered /stopped ends etc.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described.

Pre painted galvatume aluminum zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified as fixed in repairs.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all speciified and directed

Supply only galvanised chain link fencing, any size or type, all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS screw, bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long and dia complete all speciified and directed

S&F for angle iron (Fe-310) as in posts, struts in fencing including cutting top to shape required, drilling holes, notching for wire etc complete all speciified and directed

S&F for steel flat iron including necessary drilling hole bolting or reveting etc and similar work complete conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all speciified and directed
