Taking down the unserviceable MCCBs and supply and fixing of MCCB 630 amp ,4 pole 415 volts ,3 phase ,50 Hz AC with adjustable thermal setting & 50 KA breaking capacity with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947/IS 13947/Pt.II/1993(Latest Version). The MCCB should have Ics= 75% Icu for short circuit breaking capacity of minimum 50 KA RMS at 415 volts 50 Hz AC. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer, complete all as specified and directed. Taking down the unserviceable ACB and supply & fixing of ACB 630 amp ,4 pole 415 volts ,3 phase ,50 Hz AC fixed type manual operated with microprocessor release IPR E+ (4Pole) & 50 kA breaking capacity with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947/IS 13947/Pt.II/1993(Latest Version). The ACB shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer with MS enclosure grounted with PCC, make: Havells cat part no IHAFE1E060**or equivalent in any make mentioned in list of product.

Material and labour for painting of LT panels/feeder pillar boxes outdoor /indoor type of any sizes or rating installed at varoius location under GE (wset) Pathankot with preparing the surface ,one coat of red oxide primer & one coat of synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour with spray painting after cleaning the surface and preparing the same for painting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms bracing supports clamps, back plates fabricated from steel section incuding nuts,bolts and washers welding,drilling hole complete with two coats of aluminium paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thickness not less than 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6 mm by means of nuts bolts,washers, check nuts of GI steel all as shown in electric plate no 3 all as specified and indicated complete and including 15 cm thick layer of charcoal dust,salt etc alround the plate and GI protection pipe ,medium grade 40mm dia and GI watering pipe 20mm ,medium grade with funnel and wire mesh and 40mm thick pre-cast RCC M-15 (nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 kg /sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover ,PCC M-15 (nominal Mix) for pit,excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connected and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,installation, commissioning & testing of bus bar chamber of size 600 x 400 x 250 mm made up of MS Sheet 3.15 mm ,powder quoted with RAL 7032 code ( Siemens Grey) and aluminum strip of size 50 x 6 mm -04 Nos (300mm long ) with 100 amps 25 kA FP MCCB along with spreaded Link for conection with 45 cm long legs made out of 50x50x6mm angle iron grouted in PCC (1:3:6) blocks of size 30cmx30cmx60cm complete all as specfied and directed as per site requirment.

NOTE : Earth work including excavation ,returning Filling,removing,sand coushioning,brick covering for mechanical protection of cable etc will be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule)

S&F of Brick covering with equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (41,300.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
