Removing of existing unserviceable plywood top from GI pipe charpoy, tightening all check nuts, elbows, long rails, short rails and legs to hold the charpoy tight by welding the elbows and legs with two spots on each side and supply and fixing 12mm thick commercial plywood of grade BWR of size 6-1/2' to 7' x 3' (cut to suitable size to charpoy GI pipe) fixed with 06 Nos stainless steel nuts & bolts of 6 mm dia & suitable length complete all as specified and as directed. (Drawing No FD-220).

Labour only for re-assembling of charpoy GI with nylon newar by replacing damaged parts of GI charpoy with serviceable parts as required by sorting out from unserviceable charpoy GI complete all as directed.

Material and labour for MS square pipe of section 20mm x 20mm, 1.6mm thick of length not less than 2'10" each fitted perpendicular to long rails duly welded to the GI pipe at equal distance duly painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking out existing pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for matt pattern recaning to seat and back of chair varandah steel with 4mm wide plastic cane of standard quality including scraping and cleaning the old existing painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces and providing 04 Nos rubber shoes to each chair complete including removing old existing broken/ unserviceable plastic cane complete all as specified and as directed. (Drg No FD-256, FD-359)

Note : 1. Rerformance security:- Refer Condition 22 of Special Conditions 2. Quoted Contract Sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of Credit Schedule (refer Schedule of Credit in pdf form for quantity, rate and amount etc.) for old unserviceable materials retrieved from site.
