M&L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through authorized applicator of the manufacturer all as specified and directed complete including removal of existing treatment. (i) Surface prepration like opening the cracks/removal of loose concerete. (ii) Pressure washing the entire roof to remove dirt , dust alage fungi or other contaminants from joints and entire surface. (iii) Saturation of surface nano technology based deep penetrating sealer application to block pores , capillaries and micro cracks. (iv) Filling the crack with flexible polymer based caulk and further sealing with reinforcement fabric elastomeric coating. (v) Sealing joints and coving area with flexi reinforcement fabric and elastomeric coating. M & L 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No 1 (liquid) of STP Ltd @ 200 mililitre per 50 Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions over concrete surface and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified

M & L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper with roller on old/new surfaces of walls including preparation of old/new surfaces over a coat of putty all as specified and directed. ( Note: putty will be measured and paid seperately in relevant item.)

M&L for preparation of new/old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite stone 18- 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (Veneering to wall) and laid on cill of parapit wall over 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite colour as per direction of GE including dismantling of existing stone slabs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20 - 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in flooring or treads of steps over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing complete including dismantling of existing stone slabs all as specified and as directed. Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size complete all as specified and directed

Description same as per item No 13 above but as in skirting or vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete including dismantling of existing stone slabs all as specified and as directed.

M&L non skid/mat finish ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square/ rectagular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sq m but not exceeding 0.11 sqm (Colour and design of tiles as approved by GE), in floors/skirting etc, and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete including dismantling of existing tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles size 300mm x 450 mm thick (Colour and design of tiles as approved by GE) on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete including dismantling of existing tiles all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified cerameic tiles 9 to10mm thick light shade (square/rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floor/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete including dismantling of existing tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, sub base / mass concrete etc. complete including demolition of existing concrete all as specified.

M & L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including finishing surface of concrete topping even and rough complete as in levelling work etc complete including demolition of existing concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description n. exc. 1 Sqm each complete.

S & F for Pressed steel frames of size 105mmx60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick Plain , framed panelled shutters ( any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged) or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers fitted to chowkats complete all as speciifed and directed.

M & L preparation of New wood or previously untreated surfaces of any description , not otherwise description, over 10 cm width or grith apply two coat of synthetic enemel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of pink primer complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over of redoxide zinc chrome coat complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F powder coated aluminium ventilator cross section conforming to IS 63.5x38.10x1.5mm consisting of two partions upper portion shall have louvers with 3mm thick pin headed glass and aluminium wire cloth 0.30mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.56m fixed with aluminium beads and securing on outer face of frame and lower portion of ventilation shall be fixed with 3mm thick pin headed glass with IDPE rubber gasket including aluminium beads, including preparation of jambs all around in CM 1:3 finishing even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for IP 65 thermoplastic PS polystrene weather proof meter protection box of size 217x253x115 mm for fixing single phase meter with multi level knockouts for cable glands in different sizes . The pre moulded knockouts shall be avialable on the top and bottom of the junction box to enable the cable entries from both direction. The meter box shall have an optional cable entry at the bottom of the box via pre- mouled knockout to enable pole mounting option. Lid fastners will be tool operated it will be sealable with accessories. The meter box shall have elongated holes inside them for wall mouonting provision.In the event of formation of condensed water, the junction box shall have a minimum two condunsation knockouts inside to ensure optimum safe performance. and it shall be weather proof, water proof, temparature resistant Conf IEC 606710-22and IEC 60695-2 and as per IEC 60529 for IP 65 level protection incl removal and refixixing of single phase meter inside meter protection box all as specified and as directed,. M&L for refixing electric water heater storage type steel body received from item no 70 here in above with all connected accessories such as hot and cold water PTMT connections, Achor fastner of suitable size (04 Nos), three core copper wire from switch board to connector of geyser complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wall fans 450 mm sweep, 230 volts, 50 Hz complete with mounting brackets all as specified and directed
