Schedule 'A' Part I - B/R Portion

M&L for applying one layer of concrete 40mm thick comprises composition 50 Kg cement ,3 to 6mm chips 100 Kg, sand 50 Kg mixed with spray set SL 3 to 2.5 by weight of cement and 12.5 to 16.5 litres of water mixed with admixture including bonding agent and applying rust remover and gunitting with pressure nozzle with a delivery capacity of 2.5 Kg/Sqm all as specified and as directed.

-ditto- as per item No1 above but 30mm thick as in beam.

-ditto- as per item No 2 above but 20mm thick as in ceiling.

Supply only welded steel wire fabric weight n exc 4 kg per sqm all as specified and as directed.

Provinding and applying jacketing around damaged member of columns providing and coating with ready to use non shrink cementitious free flow micro concrete SikaRep Microcrete-4 at level thickness more than 40mm having compressive strenght .60 N/mm2 (28 days) according to ASTM C 1107-99 including providing and fixing of water tight foam faced finish shuttering of minimum 18mm thickness and drilling holes and fixing shear anchor with Sika Abnchor fix 2+ tropical supporting formwork, all lead lift, mixing placing de shuttering levelling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or cementitious joints difference if any to satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and curing

Dismantling/taking out exisisting hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface or RCC slab incl removing the dismatled debris to a distance exc 200m & n exc 250m.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum veight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non- woven fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application method with minimum side overlap 100mm and 150mm as end lap over roofs after cleaning the surfaces properly with water and allowed to dry completely including priming surfaces for applying heavy treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick (avg) on concrete surface over roof slabs,in cement mortar 1:4,mixed with liquid water proofing compound,finished even and smooth without using extra cement,to receive roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separetely)

Taking down cement plastering of any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed.

Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on walls internally finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 in two coats (10 mm thick backing coat + 5mm thick finishing coat) finished even and fair without using extra cement including water proofing compound (Dr. fixit LW or equivalent 200ML per bag of cement ) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick thick CM 1:3 plater on ceiling and even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of raincoat. Prime the surface with a coat of PRIMESEAL diluted with potable water in ration 2:1 by volume prior to application of raincoat and allow it to dry for 2 to 3 hrs. Apply first coat of raincoat. Apply second coat of raincoat with an interval of 5 to 6 hrs and allow to cure for 7 days all as directed and as per manufactures instruction. Make: M/S Pidilite Industries Ltd or Equivalent in M/S Krishana conchen product/STP Ltd (Note:- Priming coat and raincoat used shall be same Make/Manufactures)

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resisant primer incl 3mm thick wall care putty.

Preparing newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bond distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old treated surface of wood or wood based material over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of old existing treatement and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.
