Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc, or for shafts, wells,cesspits, main holes, pier holes etc not exc 10 sq mtr on plan and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cast iron/ductile iron water mains pipe (including fittings) with spigot and socketed ends of 150mm dia bore and lead joint including burning out lead joint and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cast iron/ductile iron water mains pipe (including fittings) with spigot and socketed ends of 100mm dia bore and lead joint including burning out lead joint and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing & testing 150mm bore of ductile iron (DI) pipes with spigot and socketed ends, class K-7, centrifugaly cast conforming to IS-8329 specifications, with cement mortar lining, in any length, laid in trenches complete with and including necessary rubber gasket joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing & testing 100mm bore of ductile iron (DI) pipes with spigot and socketed ends, class K-7, centrifugaly cast conforming to IS-8329 specifications, with cement mortar lining, in any length, laid in trenches complete with and including necessary rubber gasket joints complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connection from any position complete as directed of the following sizes:-

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing, mild steel galvanised water tubing, medium grade, with all GI fittings and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes of bore :-

S&F in replacement gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 25mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 40mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing, CI sluice valve, class PN 1.6, flanged ends, heavy duty, long body, with steel spindle, ISI marked, (conforming to IS-14846 or latest revised) of 150mm suitable for the following bore of pipes including taking out old sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing, CI sluice valve, class PN 1.6, flanged ends, heavy duty, long body, with steel spindle, ISI marked, (conforming to IS-14846 or latest revised) of 100mm suitable for the following bore of pipes including taking out old sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing cast iron air release valve of 150mm size with single air outlets ISI marked, (conforming to IS-14845 or latest revised) and fixing on 150mm dia bore CI pipe including nuts, bolts washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonery valve pit chamber of 900x900x900mm (internal diamension) using sub class B bricks of old size including necesarry excavation & earth work, provision of valve pit steel cover made of 50x50x6mm MS angle iron frame covered with 6 mm thick MS plain black sheet, 3 Nos MS butt hinges both sides of 125mm Size medium weight cold rolled and 10mm dia MS round bar handle with provision of two coats of black bituminous paint over one coat of red oxide primer with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in fixing of hold fast bed block and plastering with (1:3) cement mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L for ductile iron fittings K-12 IS-9523 : 2000 marked viz bends, tapers, reducers, tee pieces (single or double branch) any type , angle / radius and straight connecting pieces, flanged/ socket and spigot ends, up to 200mm bore, (suitable for pipe considered under this schedule) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for passing of water supply pipe line through civil road/Railway/National Highway by adopting method of horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) i.e trenchless technology, miroc tunneling for 300mm dia casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm dia of thickness 4.8mm MS casing pipe including pushing through drilled way under ser Item No 20.00(here-in-before) with all tools & plants as per IS 3589 (1981) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing road /surfaces for passing pipe line upto 300 mm dia and finished surfaces by extracted material and provided with 150mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as top layer to match the existing surfaces and remove surplus extracted material 50 m away complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement flat iron clamp made up of 35x5mm width flart iron MS sheet in two half piece including one half having hole and welded welded one GI socket of 25mm dia on top of the hole suitable for upto and including 100mm dia pipe including nuts & making hole by cutting/drilling fir fixing of clamp with nut, bolts, rubber packing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement flat iron clamp made up of 70x5mm width flart iron MS sheet in two half piece including one half having hole and welded welded one GI socket of 50mm dia on top of the hole suitable for upto and including 150mm dia pipe including nuts & making hole by cutting/drilling fir fixing of clamp with nut, bolts, rubber packing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing DI pipe line of 100mm dia in position for insertion of fitting for branch line to make connection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Fittings & Valve shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for cutting DI pipe line of 150mm dia in position for insertion of fitting for branch line to make connection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Fittings & Valve shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.
