Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillare, etc but exclusing ashlar facings, dressed stones work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Demolition of precast block masonry or precast concrete article built in cement mortar complete all as directed.

Demolition to cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sq.cm and over in section, in any position complete all as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling old PGI/CGI/Fiber sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital. Sikkim or similar pattern roof/facia including ridge etc and keeping serviceable sheets in safe custody for re-use complete all as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each complete all as directed.
