Design of Power Driven sliding door including door pocket frame with claddings, other cladding top rail ,steel structure frame for support of steel trussed girder and steel column and its foundation in RCC, bottom rail and its foundation in RCC, captive drive unit, drive control panel equiped with and electrically operated brake complete for 04 locations of entry and exit all as per design criteria, specification and as shown including undertaking soil investigation. Fabrication, Erection and testing of factory made pre-assembled power driven blast pen door including top and bottom track and wheels locking arrangement , door bolts, top sealing plate, frame profiles, frame structural members internal/external covering base sheet, in all respect incluidng installation with all fixing arrangement incluing M&L for construction of RCC foundations for all frames, excavations for foundationa and commissioning all as described in particular specifiction and as per dwgs approved in item 1 (i) & 1(ii) above. NOTE:- (a) Exacavation for foundation, PCC, RCC etc for framework of gate and bottom rail track, complete structure of door as per Arch drawing and structural design is included in lump sum quoted. (b) Exisiting surface cut for foundation and rail track shall be made good as per requirement for movement of aircrafts. Joints etc shall be made between existing and new construction as part of lump sum quoted.

M&L for filling construction joint 25mm deep and 10mm wide (using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size ) providing polythene backup rod 12mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant 12 mm) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and En 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF + 30% with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown drawing specified and as directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for ground floors and pavings of any thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed .

S&F GI strip 32 mm x 6mm buried in ground through suitable size fixed on wall complete with Porcelain insulators, fixing screws, fastners nuts bolts washers complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. .

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to the Galvanised iron strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts ,nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6mm GI strip procted by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-I , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt medium grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 Part-I including testing on completion including all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note :- On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the erthing will be re done by the ontractor at his own cost and entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Taking down old unserviceable LT UG cables of any size and type after disconnecting existing connections complete all as specoified and directed

Supply,laying,jointing and testing, fixing to wall using clamps/pole/floor or in air or passing through pipes /ducts / road/path/drain, laid in trenches, 1100 volts grade heavy duty electric cable XLPE insulated,screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel wire or wire armoured with electric power cable 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 120 sqmm confirming to IS - 7098 Part-1 and its latest amendments complete including cable lugs, jointing materials etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Returning filling in (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M & L for Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the ground level/starting point compalete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Removal of excavated soil to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 500mm and depositing where directed compalete all as specified and directed.

T & P for Demolition of Brick work or stone/Boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillers etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Stone walling of random rubble masonry brought up to course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6, complete all as speicfied and directed.

M & L for Stone walling (except Stone) of random rubble masonry brought up to course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6, complete all as speicfied and directed.

M & L for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, un coursed or brought up course to courses in CM 1:4, complete all as speicifed and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick Plastering in CM 1:4 with WPC on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth wihtout using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid waterproofing compound all as directed.

M&L for dry Sand cushioning to the under ground electric cable as per SSR Part I 19.75 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover conforming to IS:5820 with minimum average breaking load capacity 200 kgs for unreinforced covers , class LV Type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE: Amount against schedule of credit of Rs. 37800.00 for retrieved materials mentioned under relevant part of Sch of Credit of tender document in PDF form will be deducted offline/manually from overall amount quoted by the lowest bonafide bidder during acceptance of tender.
